Last Sunday we gathered together with expectations of how worship and the sermon were going to go. As we quickly found out, things went a little differently than expected! It was a welcome interruption where we took some time to reflect on the 'shiny things' that distract us from God.

God allows us to go through trials for a reason. To understand that reason we can’t ask why, but what.

We can rejoice in trials because of faith, because we know that God uses trials to perfect us.
