Keirsten,  who is a student at Hope Haven has some really cool paintings that have  been turned into calendars for the school to sell as a fundraiser! This  morning we chat with Keirsten about her art, the calendar, and how you  can get one!

On Saturday, Nov. 19th at the Hamden Fire Dept. Temple Fitness will be  presenting HAMDEN’S STRONGEST! This event will feature a strong man  competition to raise funds for the Viking Players, the Vinton County  High School Drama Club. The event will kick off at 10 am. Admission is  free, but donations are accepted. There will also be a drawing for two  $100 Amazon gift cards! Come watch some of the strongest people around  carry awkward objects and pull a fire truck!

Rock for Tots presents Remembering the 60’s is coming to the Markay in  Jackson This Friday, November 18th! This year’s show will also feature a  tribute to the late Bart Wiseman including a performance by the Sonic  Rhythm Academy class of 2022!
