Tuesday News Update (12/21/21)

One news man just isn’t enough today! Red Thompson joins Pete Wilson to  bring us the latest in community news. Red will be highlighting the The  Vinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau purchase of the historic  Hotel McArthur building with the objective of providing a much needed  lodging option for tourists and other visitors. 

With only 5 days until Christmas Santa himself is stopping by today!  Following our ride-along on the Santa float last week, the Wellston  Lions Club is here to let us know where Santa might pop up this week and  about their plans for the 90th anniversary of the club coming up in  2022!

Friday News Update (12/17/21)

SANTA IS COMING!!!! Friday on Main Street TV we go for a ride with the Wellston Lions Club on the SANTA FLOAT! We chat with some of the people who make this event happen every year and some of the kids (young and old) who get to enjoy it!

Pete Wilson will also be stopping by to help keep us up to date on all of the local news.

Today we are joined by Erica Kegley from Holzer Psychiatric Services to discuss mental health and the holidays.

Today  we are talking with Charity Potter, a director of the upcoming Wellston  City School play Lion King Jr. & Tylor Auxier who plays Pumba will  be in to talk about the play which is at the Wellston High School  Cafetorium on Friday, Dec. 17 and Saturday, Dec. 18 at 7 p.m.
