  • Local, Local, Local

The publisher of the Oshkosh Herald joins the show! Karen Schneider started the paper about 7 years ago and tells us that while it has been a slow growth, she understood the need for local news coverage, which helped spawn this hyper-local paper. It was great to hear how she “got here”, but we’re even happier she is “here”! Then we talk pizza and mac! The mix of the two is in the name of this great local restaurant. Zaroni’s! Owner Rob Wilcox and managers Dee and Jared joined to talk about the business and also about giving back to the community. The food is great; the mission is even greater!
