According to Kevon Fredericks, of Kev on Stage, people often overestimate how much being good is and underestimate how important consistency is. I believe that one of humanity’s most arduous challenges is consistency. To maintain a set level of output, creativity, communication, and drive, your energy storage must have a large capacity. However, consistency is an energy source that is not always readily available or accessible. Objectively speaking, we human beings have established safeguards to ensure that we continue in set routines to fulfil our desires and more so our needs. I’m sure most people will agree that consistency is hard. Maintaining consistency in communication, exercise or social media content or any other activity is both time-consuming and tasking on the mind.
