Shoulder health is a fascinating animal. What people don't realize is how interconnected our body really is, and how easy it is for our shoulders to take a beating In this episode I go over all of the shoudler musculature. When it comes to the shoulder there's alot that goes into it. You have muscle surrounding it on all side (front, side, rear), you have muscles that stabilize the shoulder, and you muscles that aid it through it's full range of motion. So there's A LOT going on.
