Simón Díaz describe la luna de Margarita no solo como un astro que ilumina la noche, sino también como una metáfora de la luz interior que alguien amado trae consigo. ¿Por qué empiezo hablando de esto? Les contaré un poco de mi historia. Soy enfermera de profesión, pero en un momento de mi vida me vi en la necesidad de reinventarme. Lo que comenzó como una búsqueda de un ingreso extra terminó convirtiéndose en mi principal fuente de sustento. En ese proceso, encontré en las redes sociales el escenario perfecto para hacer negocios y ofrecer productos y servicios.

In a country where most businesses are start-ups, it is essential to seek continuous training that allows us to stand out in a competitive market. It is not only about offering products or services, but also about transmitting to our clients that what we offer them has a real and differentiating value.

Why do I start talking about this? I will tell you a little bit of my story. I am a nurse by profession, but at one point in my life I felt the need to reinvent myself. What started as a search for extra income ended up becoming my main source of livelihood. In that process, I found in social networks the perfect scenario to do business and offer products and services.

Hoy en día, me desempeño como community manager para diversas empresas de distintos nichos, pero no me quedo solo con lo que aprendí al principio. Estoy en constante búsqueda de actualizaciones para mantenerme al día en este mundo digital tan cambiante. Hace poco tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un Workshop con un creador de contenido bastante conocido en mi ciudad. Fue una experiencia sumamente enriquecedora que me permitió entender mejor qué tipo de contenido es más relevante en la actualidad.

Today, I work as a community manager for several companies in different niches, but I don't just stick to what I learned at the beginning. I am constantly looking for updates to keep up to date in this ever-changing digital world. I recently had the opportunity to attend a workshop with a well-known content creator in my city. It was an extremely enriching experience that allowed me to better understand what type of content is most relevant today.

Ese día, más que aprender nuevas técnicas, salí con la cabeza llena de ideas. Una de las lecciones más valiosas que me llevé es que hoy en día, las personas buscan contenido auténtico, que refleje sus problemas y realidades. El ponente nos insistió en que no esperáramos la “situación perfecta” para crear; por el contrario, nos animaba a plasmar todas nuestras ideas, y que la perfección vendría con el tiempo. Esta es una gran lección para todos los que emprendemos: debemos ser disciplinados y constantes.

Algo que también me quedó claro es que la pasión es esencial en todo proyecto emprendedor. Si no disfrutamos lo que hacemos, es difícil mantener la motivación. Además, el compromiso con nuestra idea de negocio es lo que nos lleva a transformarla en algo grande. Un consejo que aplico desde ese Workshop es descomponer mis grandes planes en pequeños pasos, para que el progreso sea más efectivo y alcanzable.

That day, more than learning new techniques, I left with a head full of ideas. One of the most valuable lessons I took away is that today, people are looking for authentic content that reflects their problems and realities. The speaker insisted that we should not wait for the “perfect situation” to create; on the contrary, he encouraged us to capture all our ideas, and that perfection would come with time. This is a great lesson for all of us who are entrepreneurs: we must be disciplined and constant.

Something that also became clear to me is that passion is essential in any entrepreneurial project. If we do not enjoy what we do, it is difficult to stay motivated. In addition, commitment to our business idea is what leads us to transform it into something great. A piece of advice that I apply since that Workshop is to break down my big plans into small steps, so that progress is more effective and achievable.

Este no fue el primer taller al que asistí, y estoy segura de que no será el último. El mundo digital está en constante evolución y, si realmente queremos ser efectivos en lo que hacemos, debemos estar preparados para esos cambios. Mi reflexión es simple: todos los emprendedores debemos evitar caer en la trampa de la comodidad. Destacar por encima de la competencia requiere esfuerzo, dedicación y, sobre todo, formación continua.

This was not the first workshop I attended, and I am sure it will not be the last. The digital world is constantly evolving and, if we really want to be effective in what we do, we must be prepared for those changes. My reflection is simple: all entrepreneurs must avoid falling into the comfort trap. Standing out from the competition requires effort, dedication and, above all, continuous training.

Salir de mi zona de confort ha sido todo un reto, y sigo aprendiendo en el proceso. Pero, gracias a esa decisión, he podido ver cómo mi trabajo es valorado por mis clientes, y lo que cobro por mis servicios está completamente justificado. No es fácil empezar un proyecto y evitar que el síndrome del impostor te ronde, pero la única manera de disipar esos pensamientos es a través de la formación constante. Solo así podremos llevar nuestros negocios al siguiente nivel.

Stepping out of my comfort zone has been a challenge, and I'm still learning in the process. But, thanks to that decision, I have been able to see how my work is valued by my clients, and what I charge for my services is completely justified. It's not easy to start a project and avoid the impostor syndrome, but the only way to dispel those thoughts is through constant training. Había escuchado comentarios buenísimos sobre la comida y, como buena foodie, tenía que comprobarlo por mí misma. I had been wanting to visit this restaurant, which already has three branches in the city, for a while. I had heard great comments about the food and, as a good foodie, I had to check it out for myself. So, here I am, ready to share my experience with you, especially with the hivers of Maracay who are looking for a good place to eat.

Como ya les adelanté, el pollo es la estrella del show, pero no cualquier pollo, ¡pollo bien hecho! Tienen combos pensados para parejas hasta grupos grandes, ideales para celebrar cumpleaños o cualquier ocasión especial. ¿Lo mejor? Además de ser sabroso, es económico. Un win-win total.

En mi visita, pedí el combo #4, que incluye: Medio pollo a la brasa, Una ración de yuca sancochada, Una ración de ensalada rallada, 10 arepitas (sí, ¡diez!).

La yuca sancochada con perejil fue una grata sorpresa y la ensalada rallada añadió frescura. Cada componente del combo se complementa a la perfección. ¡Una experiencia completa!

This combo is perfect for two people and costs $11.99 (drinks not included). I accompanied my meal with a refreshing papelón with lemon, which costs $0.80.

What can I say? The chicken was spectacular: juicy, well cooked and covered with a garlic sauce that gave it the finishing touch. The parsley parboiled yucca was a pleasant surprise and the shredded salad added freshness. Each component of the combo complemented each other perfectly - a complete experience!

Lo único que no me convenció, y no tiene nada que ver con la comida, fue el ambiente. El local es bastante grande y había muchísima gente. Por momentos, el ruido era un poco abrumador. Sin embargo, esto solo confirma la calidad de la comida y lo accesible de los precios. ¡Si hay tanta gente, por algo será!

The only thing that didn't convince me, and it has nothing to do with the food, was the ambience. The place is quite big and there were a lot of people. At times, the noise was a bit overwhelming. However, this only confirms the quality of the food and the affordability of the prices. If there are so many people, there must be a reason!

Greetings, friends of this community! Once again I'm here to share with you some of the roads I ride on a daily basis. I hope that every day many more hivers can join this great initiative.

Today I share with you a short route of 2.1 kilometers in which I show you one of the many routes I take to go to a well-known supermarket here in my city. The route started on Rómulo Gallegos Street, better known by the locals as “Las Ballenitas”. It is a place where in the mornings or in the afternoons, people gather to do physical activity. The ride ended at the supermarket on Fuerzas Aéreas Avenue and lasted about 6 minutes.

The route that I took in this opportunity was quite quiet, there is not much automobile traffic, so it was perfect to show you this road. This area where most of the route takes place is known as Las Acacias and you can find some food stores, pharmacies and some vehicle repair shops.

Inside Out 2 continues the story of Riley, who is now a teenager facing the emotional challenges of this new stage of her life. The emotions we met in the first film are altered by the arrival of new emotions such as Anxiety, Ennui, Envy and Embarrassment. It's a reminder that life is made up of good and bad experiences, and that all are necessary to form our identity.

A nivel visual, la película sigue siendo un festín de colores y diseño, cautivando tanto a niños como a adultos. Sin embargo, el verdadero núcleo de Intensamente 2 está en el mensaje emocional que transmite. Aunque parece una película infantil, sus temas profundos sobre la aceptación de emociones incómodas, el crecimiento personal y la adaptación emocional resuenan más con un público adulto. Es un recordatorio de que la vida está compuesta de experiencias buenas y malas, y que todas son necesarias para formar nuestra identidad.

For me, Inside Out 2 is more than a sequel; it is a film that, beneath its childlike appearance, discusses complex emotional issues that impact any age.

Greetings, dear friends of World Road! I'm glad to be sharing content for the first time in this community, which theme I find really interesting as it allows us to show our environment and become a kind of GPS quite dynamic for those who want a location. Today's route I share with you from my bike, so I apologize in advance for the stabilization of the video.

The route was quite simple, it started at the roofed court of the urbanization where I live, in El Trébol, one of the urbanizations with many years in the city and ended at the Nueva Bermudez Bakery, on the avenue of the same name. A route of 3.2 km from start to finish and that lasted approximately 7 minutes.

One of the main roads that I was able to walk is Aragua Avenue, one of the main roads of the city that crosses several sectors and connects the city from east to west, starting from the Plaza el Ancla in the west and ending at the Supermercado Híper Líder in the east. Along this great avenue, there are many businesses and residential areas.

On the other hand, the other major avenue that I took for this tour was Bermudez Avenue, which starts near the Plaza Bolivar in Maracay and extends to the south, approximately to the company known as Duncan. Likewise, this road is a place for many different types of businesses, stores, offices, restaurants, and several local businesses, which makes it a busy and vital for the daily dynamics of the city.

If the MCU was looking to get back on top, with Deadpool 3 it has certainly succeeded. This disruptive hero was just what was needed to bring together all those pieces that were left loose after Avengers: Endgame.

I finally had the chance to see this installment in the cinema, and I must say that it more than lived up to the fandom's expectations. Deadpool and Wolverine, two characters with such different personalities, but fit together perfectly like pieces of a puzzle. The film is vibrant and dynamic, with moments that keep you glued to the screen, whether it's the impeccably choreographed action sequences, the unexpected musical numbers, or those quieter scenes that reveal the depth of the protagonists and their reasons for fighting.

One aspect that pleasantly surprised me was how Deadpool's inclusion in the MCU didn't feel forced. On the contrary, his sarcastic, fourth-wall-breaking humor brilliantly smooths the transition to the new environment. It's as if Deadpool had always belonged in this universe, and now he's just taking his place.

Finalmente, tuve la oportunidad de ver esta entrega en el cine, y debo decir que cumplió con creces las expectativas del fandom. Deadpool y Wolverine, dos personajes con personalidades tan diferentes, pero que encajan perfectamente como piezas de un rompecabezas. La película es vibrante y dinámica, con momentos que te mantienen pegado a la pantalla, ya sea por las secuencias de acción impecablemente coreografiadas, los inesperados números musicales, o esas escenas más tranquilas que revelan la profundidad de los protagonistas y sus razones para luchar.

Un aspecto que me sorprendió gratamente fue cómo la inclusión de Deadpool en el UCM no se sintió forzada. Al contrario, su humor sarcástico y rompedor de la cuarta pared suaviza de manera brillante la transición al nuevo entorno. Es como si Deadpool siempre hubiera pertenecido a este universo, y ahora solo estuviera tomando su lugar.

As for the lead actors, Ryan Reynolds continues to be the heart and soul of the franchise. I love how he manages to integrate Marvel elements with real-life references, making everything flow organically. His irreverence contrasts perfectly with a Hugh Jackman who, as Wolverine, continues to deserve standing ovations. Jackman, who now holds the record as the actor who has played a comic book character the longest, shows here the same intensity, if not more, than in his previous performances. This duo is on fire.

En cuanto a los actores principales, Ryan Reynolds sigue siendo el alma de la franquicia. Me encanta cómo logra integrar elementos de Marvel con referencias de la vida real, haciendo que todo fluya de manera orgánica. Su irreverencia contrasta a la perfección con un Hugh Jackman que, como Wolverine, sigue mereciendo aplausos de pie. Jackman, quien ahora ostenta el récord de ser el actor que más tiempo ha interpretado a un personaje de cómic, muestra aquí la misma intensidad, si no más, que en sus anteriores interpretaciones. The cinematography in Deadpool 3 is another strong point. The fast camera play, fluid movements and precise framing enhance both the action scenes and the comedic moments, always keeping us attentive to what's happening on screen.

One element I can't fail to mention is the soundtrack. The film manages to masterfully mix themes from past eras, evoking nostalgia in those of us who grew up with these characters, and at the same time, using music to narrate the story in a very effective way. For me, this is one of the highlights of the whole plot.

La cinematografía de Deadpool 3 es otro punto fuerte. Los rápidos juegos de cámara, los movimientos fluidos y los encuadres precisos realzan tanto las escenas de acción como los momentos cómicos, manteniéndonos siempre atentos a lo que ocurre en pantalla.

Un elemento que no puedo dejar de mencionar es la banda sonora. La película logra mezclar de manera magistral temas de épocas pasadas, evocando nostalgia en aquellos que crecimos con estos personajes, y al mismo tiempo, utilizando la música para narrar la historia de una forma muy efectiva. Para mí, este es uno de los puntos más destacados de toda la trama.

Deadpool 3 promised to be an exciting film that would combine the Mercenary's signature humor with the rich narrative of the MCU, and it delivered in spades. The performances of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, along with a script full of wit and references, gave us a film that not only delighted Deadpool fans, but also brought two of Marvel's most beloved characters together in epic fashion. From my perspective, this is one of the most memorable and entertaining installments of the Marvel universe to date.

Deadpool 3 prometió ser una película emocionante que combinaría el humor característico del Mercenario con la rica narrativa del UCM, y lo cumplió con creces. Las actuaciones de Ryan Reynolds y Hugh Jackman, junto con un guion lleno de ingenio y referencias, nos han dado una película que no solo encantó a los fans de Deadpool, sino que también unió de manera épica a dos de los personajes más queridos de Marvel. Desde mi perspectiva, esta es una de las entregas más memorables y divertidas del universo Marvel hasta la fecha.

Mientras caminaba entre tantas opciones, algo capturó mi atención al instante: el "Combo Brutal" de Pollo Cool. ¿El precio? Nada más y nada menos que ¡$10 por 4 hamburguesas de pollo, papas fritas y salsas! Sí, leíste bien.

Hands up anyone who is always looking to eat well without spending a lot! 🙋♂️🙋♀️ We know that finding a place where the food is tasty and the price is right is like finding a treasure, right? Well let me tell you, today I found one of those treasures at the Los Aviadores food fair. As I was walking among so many options, something instantly caught my attention: the “Brutal Combo” from Pollo Cool. The price? Nothing less than $10 for 4 chicken burgers, fries and sauces! Yes, you read that right.

Claro, debo ser honesta. Las hamburguesas no son precisamente gigantes. De hecho, son como las de la cajita feliz de McDonald's, pero hey, son 4 y vienen con un tobo pequeño, pero bien cargado de papas fritas. Así que, si estás con alguien más, es una porción perfecta para compartir. ¿Lo único que le falta? Un refresco. Vamos, que con una bebida, este combo sería la estrella de la feria.

Of course, I have to be honest. The burgers aren't exactly gigantic. In fact, they're like the ones in the McDonald's Happy Meal, but hey, there are 4 of them and they come with a small, but well-loaded bucket of fries. So, if you're with someone else, it's a perfect portion to share. The only thing missing? A soft drink. Come on, with a drink, this combo would be the star of the show.

Ahora, hablemos de lo importante: el sabor. Las hamburguesas estaban tan buenas que se me hizo agua la boca solo de recordarlas. La carne de pollo no era de esas procesadas que parecen de plástico, sino pechuga de verdad, con un toque picante en los aderezos que le dio un plus a cada mordida. ¿Volvería a pedirlo? ¡Sin duda alguna! Me dejó tan satisfecha que ya estoy pensando en cuándo será mi próxima visita.

Now, let's talk about what's important: the taste. The burgers were so good that my mouth watered just remembering them. The chicken meat was not one of those processed ones that look like plastic, but real chicken breast, with a spicy touch in the toppings that gave a plus to every bite. Would I order it again? No doubt about it! It left me so satisfied that I'm already thinking about when my next visit will be.

Happy day, dear Open Mic community! It's good to be back on this stage that has served as an impetus for all of us who make life through music within the blockchain. In this week #226 is quite important because we touch on the theme "My Prayer".

I think the theme for this week is quite important especially for those of us who live in Venezuela and find ourselves in a very difficult political and social situation, so having this window that allows us to connect with that higher being that gives us comfort, is like a balm for the soul, at least for me it has been.

Today, I bring you the song Santo, by the Argentine singer-songwriter Athenas Venica belonging to the album Unplugged + Cristo Reina, which came out in 2014. This song makes us reflect on the greatness of God's love, that when we get to feel it, it burns us little by little. So this week my prayer will be that each one of us can feel that love that God gives us day by day. I hope you enjoy it.

¡Feliz día, querida comunidad de Open Mic! Es bueno estar de vuelta en esta tarima que nos ha servido de impulso a todos los que hacemos vida a través de la música dentro de la blockchain. En esta semana #226 es bastante importante porque tocamos el tema "Mi Oración".

Creo que la temática para esta semana es bastante importante sobre todo para aquellos que vivimos en Venezuela y nos encontramos en una situación bastante difícil a nivel político y social, así que tener esta ventana que nos permita conectarnos con ese ser superior que nos da consuelo, es como un bálsamo para el alma, por lo menos para mí lo ha sido.

Hoy, les traigo el tema Santo, de la cantautora argentina Athenas Venica perteneciente al álbum Unplugged + Cristo Reina, que salió en el año 2014. Este tema nos hace reflexionar sobre la grandeza del amor de Dios, que cuando lo llegamos a sentir, nos va quemando poco a poco. Así que en esta semana mi oración será para que cada uno de nosotros podamos sentir ese amor que Dios nos regala día a día. Espero que lo disfruten.
