When Blake and Krystle are forced to return from their honeymoon early, Krystle is faced with jumping into her new wealthy life quickly. She must learn how to be the mistress of the house and command respect. Meanwhile Stephen is trying everything he can to distance himself from the Carrington name and make his own way. Claudia gains back some of her confidence and Fallon makes a deal in secret to help her Dad. Our hosts discuss all of this and take a major digression into a discussion on the genre of fantasy films and what is and isn't considered fantasy.

The wedding of Blake and Krystle is underway and the reception is wild. There are hook ups, fights, secrets and a receiving line full of colorful characters all culminating in a showdown that will set up the main conflict for the rest of the season. In part two of the pilot Oil we are introduced to Matthew's family, his wife Claudia and his daughter Lindsay. Charity and Jen both agree Matthew is being manipulative with them but our hosts have an absolute disagreement about Blake's romantic overtures towards Krystle. A very serious conversation between Blake and Stephen occurs, TW(trigger warning): contentious parental relationships with LGBTQ children.
