Make 2022 The Year You Stop Proving Yourself

Ta-da! You did the thing. But at what cost and for what reason? This is your year to stop jumping through hoops and move forward with momentum and aligned action.

  1. Stop emphasizing doing over being. Performance is not a measure of worth, accomplishing what only you can do is.
  • As "what is true for me?" When you follow your own path, you always have momentum even if you face setbacks. Failure is only catastrophic when you tie your  success to someone else's approval.
  • Stop using busyness as an excuse not to dare greatly.
  • Ask for what you really want instead of playing games to avoid judgement.
  • Doing what you don't want to do to get approval is a lot like prostitution,
  • Climbing onto a pedestal through proving yourself is only asking to be knocked down the minute you make a mistake (and you will). Take your ego out of the equation and you'll never have to apologize for what you work to achieve even if things go wrong.
