On today’s Make A Difference Minute, we’ll be highlighting Landen's Story Foundation with Landen’s dad, Luke Johnson. Born with primordial dwarfism (PD), Landen and the Johnson family wanted to help other families who were living with rare diseases. After Landen’s passing, Landen’s Story Foundation was founded.
