The topic of todays podcast is the much used phrase ‘I can’t compete with Hobby bakers’. Today I’m going to put myself out there and say that is complete rubbish. There is a really really common misconception within the industry that hobby bakers and bakers that charge too little are destroying the industry and making everybody pull their prices down.  That’s just not true. Saying you can’t compete with hobby bakers is wrong!
