It’s easy but it’s not easy… “They” got y’all out here thinking you can just “claim it”, that’s the illusion. It’s something you earn by putting in the physical, mental, spiritual work. Mind, body, spirit alignment. Don’t get sold the dream 😴 💭.

It’s about damn time we become our own heroes 🦸🏾‍♀️ and stop waiting on “black leaders”, the world to change/cater to us, or for it to fall out the sky (waiting on Jesus!) anything or anybody other than ourselves to save the day. Redirect that energy and make it happen captain! “By your powers combined, I am (we are) Captain Planet!!” 😆

The fabric of our lives. Death and rebirth is a part of our lives from the cosmos (macro level) to our cells (micro level). Nothing lasts forever… forever ever… forever EVER!?? 😂

We should focus our energy on improving ourselves instead of trying to figure out what’s wrong/right with others. I’ve gotten to the point in life that when someone triggers me I pause and reflect on why I’m triggered. If I AM the one that’s mad that’s a personal problem! 😆 Therefore, it’s not you it’s me! 😝 It’s something in me I need to confront. Why am I worried about you? For example, If I get triggered cause you’re gay then there’s some hatred in me I need to confront because I don’t have anything to do with you and how you live your life. You’re free to be who you want to be! Who am I to feel I can control who or what you are? It’s none of my concern as long as you don’t intrude on my happiness, peace, etc … carry on! In other words if someone’s happy…. Bitch why you mad?! Lol 😂

Think of it like this … don’t be the mother fucker who comes to the “potluck” empty handed but trying to leave with the most plates. It’s a potluck… it’s much more enjoyable when everybody contributes and adds to the mix instead of just taking from it. You don’t wanna be the “hostess with the mostest” and invest all your time, energy, money, resources into cooking for everybody and they all show up to eat and then leave! No appreciation for the things you do! You shouldn’t just give it away out of the kindness of your heart, not everybody deserves that PRIVILEGE! It’s a privilege to know such a generous soul. Know your worth/value. Don’t let wolves take advantage of that.
