This was one of my favorite episodes I have ever been a part of at any capacity. I already loved Conner’s music beforehand but after getting to know him it hits that much harder.

The last year has been one of the toughest for the country music star and he’s very vulnerable and open about his mindset and how he was able to process everything.

BUT these were not the only headlines that took place on the ice. In this episode we will dive into the story of Gold Medalist Alysa Liu and her amazing story that goes from the youngest world champion ever, to retiring, to standing back on the podium making history yet again.

Then we dive into the tragic story of Johnny Gaudreau who lost his life to a drunk driving accident the day before his sisters wedding in 2024 and how the team honored him one last time by bringing his kids onto the ice for the team picture with the gold medals.

Episode 30 is here and it is one of my personal favorites. Recently I learned about the term "Identity Bunkers" from a podcast interview on Diary Of A CEO w/ Brene Brown.

The more I heard her explain what these bunkers are and how they are dividing friendships the more I realized how prevalent this issue is in today's society.

Before diving into the identity bunkers I talk about one of my favorite TV shows of all time, Vinland Saga, and my favorite lesson from the show, "I have no enemies."

My 30th birthday was on December 25th and for the first time in my life I wrote down some of the lessons I've learned.

It was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I have never fully sat with my thoughts on a birthday and explored my mind for the lessons I've learned and want to share with others. Needless to say it was a great way to exercise the brain and dig deep into myself.

I hope you enjoy these I would love for everyone who listens to it to do the same. You'll be amazed with what you come up with and what stands out from the story of your life so far.
