  • Enneagram Cheat Sheet

Have you ever looked at someone and thought, “how the hell does your brain work?”  Then they probably have a different personality type than you. This week Stephanie finally schools us on enneagrams. This topic comes up a lot in passing on MIW, so we are breaking things down. It’s a long one but we barely scratch the surface. Snacks recommended. What personality type are you!?

    • Hard Pill to Swallow
This week we are talking about new relationships and everything they tend to bring up: excitement, baggage, guilt, and sharing the good and bad about ourselves. We discuss lessons learned when it comes to blossoming romances, and (as promised) BLM is woven into our conversation in the same way it has become a part of our everyday lives. Morgan’s got a new man so sit back, relax, and soak in the new relationship glow with us.

    • BLM, Raya's Life Matters.
This week, we have our first ever guest on Make It Work. The wonderful Raya (@rayablackwell) took the time to discuss race with us, and we couldn’t be more thankful. We learned a lot, and had an open discussion with her in the midst of this enormous and immensely important Black Lives Matter movement. It is always important to seek out different perspectives, and Raya offers a life experience that we simply do not have. We thank her times a million for sharing her time, experiences, thoughts, and dreams with our audience.

    • CEOs of Doing Things The Hard Way
We’re big hands on learners here and typically that involves screwing something up on our own just to learn, that was indeed not the correct way to do it. So we started to start a series and share with you guys some of the things we have continued to choose to learn the hard way. We’ll keep sharing and you can learn from us or choose to struggle like we do, we don’t care and we’ll laugh with you regardless. Instagram: @MakeItWorkPodcast

    • Can't Shake That Funny Feeling
Grief: it’s not for the faint of heart. This week’s episode covers different things that trigger grief (spoiler alert-it’s not just death), strategies for getting through the grieving process, and ways to help a loved one through their rough time. We are all grieving something right now, whether it’s a person, a job, or a routine. So let’s talk it out and get through it together.

    • Not Gonna Make It Work
This week we’re talking about romantic relationship non-starters. Some serious, some just an extension of our pet-peeves episode. We pull from past relationships and current events to discuss things that would lead to an immediate left swipe, or stop a burgeoning relationship in its tracks. Have we learned valuable lessons? Or are we just picky? We’ll let you be the judge of that.

    • Doing Nothing & Absolutely Crushing It
We were going to discuss a legitimate topic this week but we physically / mentally / emotionally couldn’t do it. Quarantine sucks and we just needed some normal (as possible) girl time. So, this is what we’ve been up to since the pandemic began. If you’re missing time with your friends too, hopefully this will make you feel better. LYLAS.

    • Speakin' Our Love Languages
Have you ever felt unappreciated by someone when you’ve done all you know how to do to express your love for them? Have you ever felt as though someone in your life doesn’t show you the love you need from them? You’re probably just not speaking the same language. This week Stephanie schools us in the five Love Languages. Listen to hear about what they are, how to express different types of love, and find out how the love languages have affected us in our own lives.

    • A Jew & A Catholic Start a Podcast

We’re changing tune this week and diving into a topic where we literally have nothing in common: religion. We discuss a few aspects of Judaism that may be unfamiliar to some of our audience, and the hardships that come with being a member of the Jewish community. Later we talk about how intense an evolving relationship with religion can be. Come for the education, stay for some seriously confusing signs from the universe - and please let us know how you’d interpret them because we. are. lost.
