In this episode, CJ & Cheryl discuss how mistakes can actually be very helpful because they are an opportunity to learn and grow.  While you don’t want to keep making the same mistakes over and over, a mistake can be looked at as helpful when you acknowledge what you learned from the mistake and how you can do it differently going forward to avoid the same mistake.
