I'm still a vegan...but not a perfect vegan. I realized I never have been, and never will be.

In this episode, I reflect on my evolving views on Veganism.

I still firmly believe in the philosophy behind Veganism, the ethical, environmental, and health benefits of adopting a vegan diet --but  I also share my reasoning for becoming more flexible in my approach, given that we live in an imperfect world where we strive to be better.

Asia’s vast population and the frequency of natural disasters ensure climate change will have a devastating impact on the region. Yet it is also a seedbed for the human activities that cause global warming.  

One question keeps popping up in the center of all this: Do Asians care about climate change?

First of all, what is IPCC? 🤔 I know what you are thinking… UGH… another acronym! 😑 IPCC stands for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and is a scientific body under the UN dedicated to studying human-caused climate change.  

The IPCC prepares comprehensive assessment reports about the state of scientific, technical, and socio-economic knowledge on climate change, its impacts and future risks, and options for reducing the rate at which climate change is taking place.
