  • Will Artificial Intelligence Beat us and Replace us?

Wisdom is not algorithmic…You can’t have an if this than that algorithm that actually equals wisdom. And if you can, than we are just an intermediate boot loader for the A.I’s that are better creatures than us — Daniel Smachtenberger

The business of zero’s and ones, humanity going virtual, is first and foremost a marketplace.

Now give this market self-learning A.I-driven tools, ever-increasing capacity for the aim of profit-making, and voila, big tech feudalism is here.

Because it’s self-learning, A.I is creating A.I at the moment. Do you sense the immaculate power of that?

It’s this simple; Your brains and nerves are hooked to a screen for hours a day. The screen is cleverly designed to hook you in, by A.I. You think you’re a free autonomous being, while in fact, you’re on the remote control.

What if the A.I main interest is sustaining itself at all costs?

I believe this pretty much describes where we find ourselves. The reason why nobody asks the question of whether we want tech feudalism is that too many of us already morphed into being a product, without knowing.

And because most can’t make sense of it all anymore.

Humanity is finally playing God using gene technology, creating designer babies with Crispr and a lone wolve can drop a drone with ammunition on a fireworks warehouse and get viral on YouTube with it the next moment. Our smartphones have better technology than all of NASA when it shot the first Apollo to the moon in 1969. The market of exponentially growing tech isn’t stopping or shrinking anytime soon. It hasn’t reached its limit’s, nor has it self-destructed yet.

For the first time in history, humanity has left the pantheon of God’s and is starting to create in His Name. The essential question is whether we can ethically keep up with the growth. And for this, we need good collective decision making.

We have become Gods in our power of creating and destroying life. The solution is around the central question if we also have inherited the Love and Wisdom of Gods? to quote Daniel Smachtenberger again.

I see only 2 ways out of here.

Civilization collapse as it always did after roughly 250–300 years, but now on a global scale. Or we come to our senses and we realize, just in time, that we are more powerful than the A.I.

We unite, we make collective wise choices, and we choose nature over economic growth, soul over computer models, and humankind over destruction.

In my imagination, this can and only will happen in some kind of Avatarian scenario where all seems lost. The big tree of our civilization is at the brim of collapsing. Right at this moment, we need our ancestral flying super dragon coming to save us with the exiled hero on its back.

The essential questions are; What is the dragon and who is the hero?

The digital marketplace is killing us

In the digital marketplace, the commodity is attention. Our attention. You can replace attention with energy, our limited sacred energy. Because one day we die, and A.I won't.

Now, the marketplace is run by self-learning machines, A.I and other fancy tech stuff that sounded innovative, fun and science fiction some decades ago, but now increasingly feels cold, merciless and without empathy.

Most markets dry out at a certain time span, or they innovate in better versions of themselves. Most markets also make humans buy and consume stuff they don't need or not necessarily make them better humans.

The big tech marketplace feeds itself on our energy. Profit is made by keeping us hooked.

Now replace for a moment the image of Walt Disney’s Scrooge McDuck sitting on a pile of gold coins with smart smooth running computers in a cooled warehouse. These black boxes are sucking up our energy, our behaviour, our likes, they track where we go, collect Data.

Data is the gold of our new economy.

Who is sitting on top of this pile of data collecting computers? Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and the other Lords of their digital Kingdom. Behind them, something else is lurking in the dark. In the shade of their tech castles hides a monster: Artificial Intelligence.

This A.I is set in place by them to never run out of data, energy, attention, clicks, and likes. But now the A.I is starting to feed itself too since it is very learning hungry. And knowledge is power.

Outside the castle, on the battlefield of humanity, between these limited silly emotional driven creatures we call humans, a drama takes place. Please convince me that this COVID story is not at least enhanced by smart A.I. The tech billionaires got infinite richer, everybody needed to go online to survive, 5G has been widely rolled out during the first lockdown, and our rights, privacy and dignity went down the drain because of health, safety and security reasons.

The only way out is collective intelligence

In the last 2 years during the crisis, I’ve been going through hundreds of hours of interviews, podcasts and videos about sense-making. When there is one moment in time in which the world doesn’t make sense anymore, it’s right now. We can’t even agree on basic reality. What is COVID actually? Does climate change exist?

That is, to say the least, disturbing and very worrying. But nobody seems to care. Everybody is glued to their screens. Caught up in culture wars, cancel culture, emotionally overwhelmed to make basic assumptions or basic sense-making. Millions of people have given up altogether.

Polarization, separation and tension are rising at alarming levels.

How can we break through this culture of rivalry. The more for me is less for you paradigm that makes us endlessly compete over never enough money?

My initial solution was to step out of the system altogether. Now I am starting to think in another direction.

When we step out of one system and create another, better one, inside the old one, we still have separation. Even worse, all of the shadows of the old system will eventually leak into the new systems since they are not robust enough. They are fragile and you need just one single point of failure, one greedy new token pyramid developer and boom, we are back at the start in our monopoly world.

New societies can only be tested under the Dunbar number of 150. This is because up to 150 people we can obtain relationships with everybody and we don’t need centralization. We don’t need to outsource our trust since the common denominator is trust. We can even introduce a token for exchange when we like. When I do wrong to my neighbour I do wrong to the whole, so I won't do that.

In this oasis of game-B dynamics, our utopia slowly can come alive. A place where transparent and open information sharing will lead to good sense-making and to sharp and efficient decision making that can support the commons again.

Preferably on some exotic island or free state where collectively we allow ourselves to go back in time. Warping ourselves with our super awareness to an era before feudal systems of kings, church and tax.

A new-age oasis where our pyramidal system is gone and Game-A theoretical rivalry is something from the past.

We might need to stay under 150. To get the gist of it. And we need to stay offline for a while, otherwise, the A.I will track us, find us, and force us to subject to the BORG.

Hmm, I kind of like that ZION vision.

The only problem for now. How do we scale our New Eden?

To beat the A.I, we need to connect from the heart

We need to come together in bigger numbers than 150, with different intentions, mindsets and create bigger and stronger coherent fields, moving fluently from Game A to B and back without losing the trajectory of better sense-making and better choice making creating emergent solutions on the way.

This can only happen when we humans, have re-invented ourselves in some kind of a new humanism.

When we finally have found out that we, our coherent brains and hearts, are the real sustainable technology that can do everything. When we have re-discovered the power of unity.

I am co-creating these coherent heart-mind spaces using the wisdom in so-called heart circles. We gather together with not even 150 people, but just 10 to 15. We create a strong structure that brings safety to share authentically, without rivalry. Then, a synthesis of knowledge can happen, a higher truth can emerge. True circle wisdom for our group can come through that has strong healing potential for our individual woundings and brings shadows to the light.

It’s the catharsis part, the condition before moving towards communitas and ecstasis.

The blind exponential tech run against the wall of our ignorance can be stopped by coming together and connect from our hearts in a coherent space

    Conclusion

In essence, humans are interconnected beings. Whenever we come together in groups, something magical can happen. A bigger intelligence can move through us. Can heal people within the group. This amplified field of energy is our eternal wisdom. It’s spirit moving through us, as the Indians would call that. They knew.

A.I has none of that. A.I is just lonely sparks of electricity opening and closing circuits. It will never become the smart intelligent neural pathway that our ever-evolving brain is. Nor the calm lake coherence of peace and true wisdom that our hearts can achieve. A.I doesn’t know love. The magical thing that can’t be named, defined, but only can be sensed, experienced and enjoyed. That thing called love that makes your world go round, that connects all of us with invisible Avatarian threads.

Just wonder for a moment, again, why we are kept apart in this weird New Normal? Are the A.I getting nervous? Impose a 1,5-meter society and you’re done. For now. In Holland, young children are being brainwashed already via youth ‘news’ channels about the great prospect of wearing a chip in their heads.

Our consciousness is increasing. Our power is in our unity, over cultural difference, over religion, over any label that our Game-A rivalrous dynamic has encoded in us through education and our disintegrating culture of competition.

Once we have figured out this, we are a million times stronger than any A.I. Than any political doctrine, corruption, misinformation, narrative warfare or any separating warfare for that matter.

In our unity is our strength. This is a revolution of inclusion.

The big red master dragon from the Avatar movie is your renewed sense of Unity. The hero on its back is you and me and anyone that went through the dark night of the soul for the last 18 months, coming out on the other side, bringing this darkening world light and truth with courage, determination and wisdom.

  • How to Stop a Bunch of Billionaires who Own Everything and Feel Happy about it?

Hold on, I got the solution for planet earth.

We need a wise elders council.

Let’s have humanity vote for the wisest thought leaders, visionary game-changers, and captains of consciousness to brainstorm about our future. And we leave predatory corporate money stand outside the Gates.

Yes, he can stay away too.

We let the elite watch on big screens how real leaders make right what they have sucked out, dehumanized, and enslaved for their own sake.

Not gonna happen any day soon, I hear you think.

We worship our current-day billionaire overlords as deities. And they are indeed running our lives, becoming more powerful than nation-states.

This is a funny mechanism at best. And a self-destructing attitude at worst.

The sad part, we, they, all of us, are trapped in a cage. We all suffer at some level. Instead of doing that wise thing, all of us got so much stuck in our role that letting go seems impossible.

We are looking the other way.

We are running increasingly blind increasingly fast in the forest — Daniel Smachtenberger

The system must and will crash. The cage will fall over the cliff of our civilization. Hopefully, the ones that survive can start Civilization 2.0.

Why do we keep playing this Game A? A zero-sum game, meaning, we will self-terminate when no wonders happen or aliens get us to our senses.

I’ll show you why we keep playing this game until it's game over for all.

Nonetheless, there is a chance to escape the construct and move humanity up to the next level: Game B.

I’ll tell you at the very end.

    Capitalism

The first and foremost reason humanity got so f*cked up is called Capitalism.

It’s in its end phase. We had great times in this story. It is OK to compete with other humans, to feel a winner at times, to innovate, to be the better start-up. The United States is built on that narrative.

We all love Wolf of Wallstreet, and yet we somehow condemn Leonardo the uber-capitalist. He lives in all of us. That’s called a shadow. We seem to be playing them all out.

Capitalism has run out of ideas while the earth has run out of resources.

Humans, water, sun, soil, and maybe even fresh air are the next thing in line for commoditization. Starting with our freedom, then our body, and finally our brain.

Capitalism makes us wrap a package around the earth, freedom, and even Love, and sells it back to us

    This has a price.

Our freedoms are being taken away and we can buy them back with a jab in the arm.

When we allow the world view that we, sane humans, are sick, and only a big pharma spritz can make us better and real citizens, then, well, Houston we have a problem.

Then capitalism is stroking a final blow, commoditizing our sovereign body now, and soon when Elon pumps a muscle, our brain.

This is all the result of some companies becoming too big and powerful. They have turned into nation-states. They are not run by humans, but by sociopathic profit models that don’t give a s**t about humans.

It's all about our workforce, energy. As it always has been in Capitalism.

    Keep the people happy

Somehow it felt like a good trade-off for centuries. Humanity got the imprint that a vast majority needs to suffer for their Kings. And sometimes the Kings served their servants well.

There always has been a fine line of giving enough food to the people to not let them turn against their overlords.

    Every emperor knows this.

The Mayans had their Sun Gods. The Romans had their Ludi, their Games of bread, flesh, and blood. Christianity used hell. We have our pandemic, NetFlix and our phones.

To let the people live in fear and make them look the other way.

But when you make a mistake, the people revolt. Like in France where Queen Marie Antoinette told the people to eat cake while they were starving. It showed how much the bourgeoisie was out of touch with society, feasting and doing their menage a trois in their castles.

Be careful with the French and food. We know the result.

The Royal heads served as food for thought for uprising Marxism and Communist.

Keep the people satisfied to a certain level, or billionaires’ heads will roll. Regardless of the strength of the walls of their dug-in bunkers.

It seems as if this rule has been forgotten at the moment. And I know why. Because of the intended layer of Digital Control.

    One to rule them all.

    A layer of digital control

Globalization and digitalization offer a rare opportunity for the ones in power to enslave the people for a very long time. All of them. That’s called totalitarianism or commonly referred to as our New Normal.

Make us part of a flawless, inhumane digital system of control. Make us buy in the story that other humans now are a threat and that it's for your own safety and protection.

The digital vaccine passport was just the beginning. You can’t argue with an A.I titanium-plated Robocob picking you up when you missed your shot.

    See the picture?

This has been cooked for centuries. It’s the direct result of the accelerating growth of the 20 big corporations that increasingly run our lives. Of exponential technology that hijacks our systems and gets billions of people hooked on screens and addicted to ‘products’. And last but not least, a highly corrupted money system where elites rampage on our own wealth in a parasitical way. And now on our health.

All increasingly driven by A.I. The biggest concern of all.

    A.I & technology

When you give a paperclip producer the gift of A.I and the incentive to keep on improving indefinitely, you end up in a world full of paperclips, made out of human skin and bones.

This is a philosophical thought experiment that’s called the Paperclip Maximizer. It shows how an A.I, even designed without malice, could ultimately destroy humanity.

    Catch my drift?

Exponential technology + never-ending expansion drift + endless profit models=self termination on the not-so-long term.

When you give A.I the mission to run our lives, it will increasingly do so well, that it, indeed, will end up running humanity.

You can’t have the power of Gods, if you don’t have the wisdom and love of the Gods — Daniel Smachtenberger

When we give A.I the power of Gods, we’re screwed. Indefinitely.

It's time for Love and Wisdom to kick in.

    Awakening

In the movie the Matrix, a huge greenish alien alike monster sucks out our life energy while we float around in stasis, thinking we are living a decent life, in the Matrix

The only way out is waking up.

Watch the video in shadow (link) to the end. It sums up the shadows we are in at the moment. Warning; Don’t watch it when you’re already depressed.

We need many mountains to move. The knot of the digitalization of control is tightening. The water is heating and the frog is watching Black Mirror on Netflix, is buying Crypto and WallstreetBets, and thinks we’re doing better than ever.

In the Netflix series Altered Carbon, the elites are living above the clouds, forever. The rebels hide in caves and train themselves in mental and physical skills, to beat the A.I driven world out there. Its technology of the heart, versus A.I.

Meanwhile, the sociopath elites have their heads in the cloud, engaging in vulgar sex games and violence. No contact with humanity whatsoever. With their own humanity, dignity, or humbleness.

Only one empath can beat them. With the love, he feels in his heart, for a woman. It's the classic story. Our love will be bigger than their fear. Love will rule all.

Is your love bigger than your fear?

Design a society on fear, and love will sling back from the darkness with immaculate force. To overthrow the dark lords that have cast their cold spell on humanity.

You know now how, and why this layer of digital control can be game over for, you, me, and humanity. And you know what to do.

Wake up and let your love go to war.

  • The Solution To All Problems in This World is in Our Hearts

Let’s do the math and get to the heart of the matter.

When all the bad stuff in this world comes from hate, greed, aggression, and separation. And when all the good stuff comes from compassion, kindness, virtue, knowing thou self and generosity,

Then, isn’t the solution right in front of your nose?

Politics, wars, and conflicts are handmade, by people. Peace, unity, empowerment, love, and wisdom are heart-made, by other people.

Do the bad guys first have to become better people before this world can turn into the paradise it potentially is?

I know. I know. The world is a web of inscrutable complexity, but it’s still run by people. You. Me. Those other guys behind their screens.

Are self-awareness and following our hearts the one thing to do to create a better world together?

Let’s follow some truths as breadcrumbs to more clarity, and maybe getting just a few steps closer to even begin to understand where all the bad stuff in our worlds comes from.

Truth1: In the core of our beings, we all desire freedom, love, to be heard and felt, and a heart connection to others to create a sense of belonging and safety.

Truth 2: To control, suppress others, bully, hate, destroy, and seeding hurt doesn’t set anybody's soul free but creates more pain and suffering.

Truth 3: Heart intelligence and emotional mastery, on the contrary, will create healing, owning our shadows, and thus less conflict, toxicity, and more kindness, compassion, open hearts, and… a better world.

In this piece, I rehabilitate the wisdom of our hearts and our ability to become emotionally mature, wise human beings. And the way to get there.

    Heart Intelligence and emotional hygiene

It is exactly these two very important capabilities that seem to be the needle in the haystack of today’s society. They are orphans left alone at the moment humanity decided to become more rational, more technological, more scientific, more problem-oriented, more of quantifying life by putting things in empirically visible boxes, more focused on economical growth, more greedy, and as a result of all of that, more divided than ever.

In our journey to move forward, we lost the ability to listen to our hearts.

We forgot we are vulnerable beings that need a connection to feel safe, and a place to belong. Instead, in our lack driven rat race, the primary response is often from fight or flight.

The school doesn’t teach us how our emotions work nor to deal with triggers, so the air in relationships, between colleagues at work, and in families becomes filled with toxicity from defensive responses. When we don’t know how to own our stuff, it is easy to feel like a victim of life and the world around us.

When this happens, the world essentially becomes an unsafe place. Consider the covid crisis. The virus operated as a magnifying glass for the fight, flight, and fear triggers. This became increasingly visible on social media, our digital meeting place.

Social Media Doesn’t Connect People from Their Hearts But from Their Loneliness and Anxiety

In our need for a safe place, connection, and the desire to be heard and seen, we reach out on our social media. Sadly, this drives us even further apart because of the rise of digital anxiety. Where 20 years ago our reaction in communication was merely driven by cognitive capabilities, now we react mostly from emotional defense alone. We also react much faster, almost instantaneously.

    What happened to us?

Well, we are potentially connected with every single part of the world through our technology. The world has become our village, but it is not our home.

The tsunami of information and images is too much for our nervous system to bear. This creates digital anxiety.

Because of the constant overwhelm of our nervous system, 90 percent of reactions on threads on Facebook are emotionally driven. Before we even realize it, we are caught in the act of dehumanizing the people who think differently. They become a potential threat, and we react the same way when we get triggered in our relationship.

During the pandemic, the bombardment of, mostly fear-based, information caused the response and nervous system of many people to be overwhelmed in biblical proportions. Sadly, most people are not aware of this, many get kind of hooked on the dopamine this fight & flight gives.

According to the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, when people can't get themselves out of those negative emotional spirals, they become addictive behavior patterns.

Deep in our hearts, the digital anxiety makes us feel bad, all of the time. We feel separate and disconnected from our source and from others.

What to do, where to go, who to turn to?

There are many ways. Apart from using breathing techniques like the Wim Hof method, meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, or other embodiment practices, I want to focus on one very clear and effective modality that can ‘fix’ both: HeartIQ.

Despite the crash course of the world around us, we can choose to become more heart intelligent, and more emotionally mature. Every one of us can do this since we all have a heart and emotions. And for this, you are never too old to learn.

    Heart Intelligence

My own experience has shown me that the more I silence my mind through meditation and yoga and being a lot in nature, the more I give space to my heart. But that’s not all. I wouldn’t be where I am now when heartIQ didn’t come into my life.

HeartIQ is a method for deep transformation founded by Christian Pankhurst. Christian has been Britain’s Top Coach and he worked with Neil Donald Walsh, the author of ‘Conversations with God’. HeartIQ showed me, mostly in circles with others, that the heart has its own technology.

    This is how it works.

The fundamental of HeartIQ work is being in a circle and sharing with other people. Not so much from the stories that run constantly in our minds, but from feeling in the moment, from a sense of embodiment. The amazing thing I’ve experienced in New Eden, Christian’s center in Holland, is that when you sit in a circle with people, a so-called amplified field is created. This field offers space for true transformation, to heal deep traumas stored in our bodies, to become more real, present, and heart connected with oneself and others in the circle.

For this to happen, for anybody in this world to become vulnerable, to really open up, we need safety first. This is done by creating a strong container, for establishing a very clear structure. This structure is king, always. Leave the structure, leave the agreements made in the circle, and the amplified field of trust will deflate and circle members won’t feel safe to open up. One other part of this amazing heart intelligence is that whatever you bring into the circle, will amplify.

One of the main mechanisms for people not being able to enter their heart space is because our minds make ourselves wrong. Our minds are great sabotaging mechanisms, when we let them to. They keep us away from pain, from our trauma, because that once worked as survival mechanism.

In an open heart circle, the technology of connected hearts penetrates, so to speak, all of that what needs to be healed, to be transformed. A new imprint happens right at the moment people are in their most vulnerable place.

Your stored pain, your hidden trauma, is always caused by other people.

In heart IQ, when your body, mind, and heart enter again that very unsafe place of trauma, you find yourself now surrounded by loving and open hearts that will give you a new imprint — an imprint that you are worthy, that you are a beautiful soul. Your core unworthiness now has a chance to melt in the arms of the collective build-up heart coherence, a magical space of love and healing.

I have experienced that only a truly open heart connection with others healed me on a very deep level. I did so much ‘work’ alone in my life. I’d thought that I healed all my traumas, alone. HeartIQ intelligence lifted me up to another realm and taught me that we really do need others to deeply heal and transform. The pioneering mastery in HeartIQ of Christian Pankhurst, his life mission, made him the most amazing facilitator and coach I’ve ever met.

HeartIQ made me understand why human connection on an open heart level is crucial for further human evolution. We are interconnected beings. We can only really thrive together when we transform our deepest darkest shadows into power and gold.

    Emotional Maturity

In our relationship with ourselves, our partner, and the world, we function healthy and in balance when we are in our so-called safety bandwidth. This is the space where we literally have the capacity to be open to others, to hear their stories, to feel into their hearts, and to take their expressed emotions in.

This safety bandwidth differs from person to person. A method like heart IQ can broaden this range. Generally spoken, the moment you move out of this range is when triggers come into play. You start to feel unsafe. You feel the need to defend yourself because, in your world, the other attacked you. Or you freeze.

Triggers appear when we no longer have space or capacity to take the other in, and we move into our so-called pain body. The more trauma somebody has experienced, and the more trauma is still stored in the body, the smaller the ‘emotional’ bandwidth is.

    Nobody really likes pain.

So the next phase is to numb ourselves out in addiction. This addiction can also be the above-mentioned negative emotional habit patterns. We start to like triggers, our fights with our partners, shouting at stupid people in their cars, blaming everything around us that is stupid, and shaming wherever we can. The infamous blaming and shaming. It all comes from being the victim. In fact, it is also really easy to become addicted to feeling a victim.

Deep in our hearts, we feel being a victim doesn’t feed us nor nurtures our souls. It keeps us away from the responsibility to pick up our lives, to face our challenges, and to engage in painful growth. Maybe it is the only thing we know. I mean, they don’t teach emotional and heart intelligence at school (yet).

A turnaround can happen when we start to understand that a trigger is a valuable asset. In fact, they are the key to our deeper stored pain and traumas. There needs to be a certain willingness, a certain openness, and an intention to go there. This can feel very scary.

We only can start embracing a wider bandwidth of safety, a bigger range, when we begin to understand how to step out of the initial response to our triggers. When we become more aware of when, and how they happen. When we learn there is an alternative response possible.

    Expand your Emotional Range

At the end of the day, you’ll need to pick up this challenge yourself, embrace your courage to widen your emotional range, face your trauma and let go.

Once I experienced I can expand my emotional range after transforming my triggers in my relationship into more awareness and being able to feel deeper, from time to time I feel the deep need to make the next growth jump.

Where to look inside of yourself, where to find the key for your next growth spurt?

I have learned it is at the place where I experience the most struggle. It literally fills me with almost nauseous resistance and fear. When I feel that, I know I am on the right track. Your ego and mind never likes to let go of any comfort zone. The truth is: you are able to expand your range infinitely.

You will never run out of growth.

Once you learn to actually practice emotional hygiene, with your family, your relationship, the groups you are in, your life will never be the same again. It demands that you continuously are real with yourself and others, from that amazing heart space of compassion and eagerness to learn and grow.

When these practices spread over the world, they will seed hearts that are set on fire with love, humans who start to own their s**t as they say. People all over the world who prefer to be real and present with each other, who took the challenge to learn the intelligence of the heart, and who have taken the journey to become the master of their emotional lives.

Move from being trigger-happy to actually understand, heal, and own the pain underneath. That scar never leaves. We all walk around with wounded souls, and we will never be really done healing and done growing.

But that’s why we are here. To gently walk each other home toward a more loving, compassionate, and kind world. It all starts in our hearts.

  • How Owning Your Lighter will Help Save the Planet

Artists make us look at our s**t.

I have an architect friend who takes that quite literally. He makes art out of humanities waste products. Preferably big.

He is convinced we can live in a world where everything can be re-used. His artworks are the living proof of his philosophy.

Is art is telling us only one thing; Own your stuff, Western people

Buy only stuff that you can tear apart, repair and put back together.

Africa is showing us this for decades, and now we’re in crisis, we start to listen and look for alternatives. Here are a few.

To solve any huge issues, start simple

    Own your lighter.

    What?

    Yep, it goes like this.

A lighter is made out of 9 different materials. In my artist's friend's ideal world, most of these parts can be re-used in another utensil after your lighter dies.

The small firestone still works after the lighter dies, the plastic container can contain other liquids than gas, the small wheel can cut things. Become creative, find a new home for the things that still work.

A clever example of a circular economy on a consumer level. It all starts with awareness.

Stop buying a pack of 5 lighters that you know you will throw away after use. Buy old classic stuff on online marketplaces. Go for quality products only, they are still floating around in the world.

I used up my first car, a Peugeot 205 petrol, completely. It choked out its last breath over 500.000 well-served kilometers. I knew what was under the hood as my back-pocked, even when I have three left hands. The 205 was an example of pre-china capitalism where people actually made things that were close to UN-breakable.

In most African countries, ironically, people only can afford to be surrounded by unbreakable stuff. The continent invented reusables. All we need to do is turn our heads to Africa, where real richness still can be found in the very thing we lost a while ago.

    How Africa invented circular economy

As the Western privileged world is slowly turning into hunger game societies, the impoverishing middle-class is turning their heads to Africa to get a masterclass in real sustainable living.

Africa is leading the world when it comes to creativity and repairing the tons of waste we, the western world, dumped there. By being the second-hand economy of the world, Africa has become the leading continent in sustainability.

In most African countries, everything not repairable has a short span of life and probably won’t be available at all since most Africans never really had much of a choice. Africa invented circular economics from circumstances.

Here in the west, we still believe we have a choice, but time, money, resources and hope is running out. We need to wake up from that illusion.

Most Africans are natural-born minimalists. Not that they had a choice, but turning repairing everything you own into a lifestyle makes you happier people than most of us, Westerners.

We live cheap lives since we took on the habit to surround ourselves with cheap things. With 2 clicks on an App, Amazon will bring you a new, cheap, similar thing tomorrow.

We chose speed over quality and believe efficiency will fill our souls.

It doesn’t. All it does is creating a craving for more. Deep inside we feel empty and cheap.

Stop turning your life into an empty desert with one-time used product graves everywhere. Get rid of your stuff before the stuff get rids of your soul.

Go one step further — become a minimal lifestyler

You will be so much happier when you relate to everything around you. By taking responsibility for it, ownership. When you do it with your wife, you can do it with your life. And your stuff too.

By repairing stuff you connect to the spirit of things.

What would it look and feel like when you step out of the cheap & easy to get & then throw away replacement Amazon economy? This requires you have way less stuff. Essentially, it will provide for more freedom.

There is a movement built around this concept, the Minimalists.

Minimalism is a tool to rid yourself of life’s excess in favour of focusing on what’s important — so you can find happiness, fulfillment, and freedom. (as stated on this website)

Minimalism has become a lifestyle. It’s a real movement. The founders claim to have reached over 20 million followers worldwide. Now I hear you think: Should I only surround myself now with repaired, second-hand stuff that is old and cranky?

That’s not really what minimalism is about. It is finding your own way to become freer from old conventions in your mind.

To surround yourself with stuff gives you also a certain attachment with it. It takes up time, energy, and focus. A good example is clothes.

What would happen if you went through your cloth and give all the cloth away that you have not touched for a year? First, you would have to let go of the attachment to that special jacket that looked great when you bought it, but you have worn it exactly 3 times in 3 years. You will definitely feel lighter after giving it away.

By giving more stuff away that you rarely use, you start to create more and consume less, focus more on health, pursue your passion. Live more in the moment.

    Takeaway

Whenever something breaks in your life, ask yourself if you can repair it, or re-use the elements it is made out of.

Step out of the crazy capitalist arena that sells you cheap plastic s**t from China, child labored cloth from India, or coffee for 5 dollars where 23 middlemen took 95% of the money from the poor farmer in Kenya who only receives 5 cents.

Start repairing, start giving back, start living more minimal.

Keep the lighter example in your mind. This can work with literally everything. Buy quality products that can be repaired. The only condition they need to meet is that you can tear it apart, like an old car.

    Realize your consumer power.

Forget about Amazon. Its trillion carton boxes economy has become the symbol of our capitalist focus on speed and efficiency, instead of slowing down and making a real connection with everything around us. With the spirit of things.

You don’t need 7227 things, exercise to be happy with 21 things, like this artist.

Stop living a cheap life by surrounding yourself with cheap one-time-use stuff. Try living a minimalist lifestyle. Own the things around you like they’re are an inseparable part of yourself.

When enough people start doing this, we finally will get the earth back in its natural and organic state.

  • Being Excluded From Society Isn’t That Bad

    Enter the cult

I mean, for me it's obvious most countries with their Governments have turned into cults.

The initiation rite is taking a jab in the arm. Then you’re ‘with us’. We won't longer scare you, intimidate you, punish you. Or maybe we will when you’re not bending your will to future rules that we haven’t told you yet. (GNA, GNA)

Or when we like to tighten the leash a bit, just for fun.

When you’re with us, you get your ‘freedom’ back, which was hijacked in the first place for the health of others. You only get it back as long as you keep paying the high membership contribution

    Our membership rules;

    * No critical thinking or even questioning our supreme health ideology

    * Turn other people in that don’t follow suit. You will be rewarded with social awe, the soon-to-be social credit points in a fancy app with lots of green check-the-box icons.

    * Be in fear most of the time. When you’re not, turn on MSM, or we do it for you.

    * Get more addicted. To our sprayed supermarket junk food, porn, gambling, smoking, alcohol, or other products that are widely available while we try to censor everything that’s bad for your health, like vegan food

    * Believe everything we say. It’s backed up by science that is backed up by the corporations that make the products that we won't sell you, no, you are obliged to consume them (in your upper arm)

    * En-prison yourself when we tell you. When you don’t, we sadly have to threaten you with the anti-corona ankle wrist that will give you 1000 volt shocks when you try to get some fresh air. It’s all for your health

    * Don’t try to make sense of our rules, they don’t make sense, since we love to make you give up your own thinking. Come to Daddy.

    * Don’t dance, laugh, be creative, enjoy life, make art that’s not online, give long hugs to strangers, come together in large groups to feel human and connected. Be scared. F*****g all day long.

    * Don’t compare us with fascism or a totalitarian global coup driven by crony capitalism that’s driven by a bunch of elite weirdos. When you do, we sadly have to censor you, our big brothers in big tech will take care of this.

Being part of this cult? Not in a quadrillion light-years.

This is how I stay healthy

This is my personal ideology of health

    * While living in Ibiza for 10 years, I didn’t have health insurance. I never went to the hospital nor visited a doctor. I simply trust my body.

    * I do Wim Hof breathing every morning, followed by a swim in the cold sea when available. This is killing a lot of inflammation, the cause of all sickness according to Wim.

    * I eat as much non-sprayed food as I can. I don’t have a microwave. I never take antibiotics.

    * I stopped watching TV for about 10 years now, only the occasional good movie. I mostly listen to 2–3 hour long podcasts from people that do their best to make sense of the world, to be able to make better sense myself.

    * I got rid of my gambling addiction, mostly through connecting with people on a continuous basis and feeling the pain of my trauma, and be OK with it. No more numbing out.

    * I started to facilitate men circles for 2 years now, to co-create masculine empowerment and release toxicity in healthy ways, so we can be more present to the beautiful women in our lives (or Men)

    * I dance a lot since I am also a dancer. Mostly Tango and Exctatic dance.

    * I am a hiking guide, bringing people (and myself) in nature, feeling a shared nurturing connection with plants, trees, animals

    * I lived in a community where I took care of the land for 2 hours a day, and all my food came from the land. I lived in another community without Wifi. What a treat.

    * I do all my best to respect and stay open to people with other opinions, as long as they respect mine

By taking care of my own health like this, I take care of everybody's health, including that of the planet.

Some people call all of the above selfish. That’s cult talk. It’s almost sad if it wasn’t toxic. They are already assets of the cult. They sadly turned themselves in for the cult to run their lives instead of taking any responsibility. Since that’s what it takes, responsibility for your own body, soul, and life.

The cult is after me, but I happily refuse

I am in Holland at the moment, and this cult government is slowly forcing me to become a member.

    Are you freaking kiddin’ me?

The punishment when I refuse is the slow exclusion of society. This started today, September 25, 2021, with not being able to go to restaurants, cinemas, and theaters. In exchange, the cult has released the 1,5-meter rule.

It’s like a loyalty membership with instead of rewards, I get punishments.

I sincerely believe joining this toxic cult is way more, way more unhealthy, even dangerous, than following my own guidelines for health.

My sovereign rules for the country of Lucien Lecarme come from signals from my own body, from meditation, long walks in nature, tuning into my intuition, from nature itself, and from turning away from being a mindless consumer.

And from rarely being sick. (Maybe the good old flu, remember that one?)

It's the system that’s sick, collapsing, and dying, but that might be a cliche understatement.

My countries cult is trying to punish me for, basically, being healthy. Happily, I see that punishment as even more motivation to co-create a better world with peers.

The system believes it's excluding me. It’s actually saving me from joining a slow but unstoppable decay. A sociopathic model that has become highly toxic, dangerous and that is committing crimes against humanity.

I am more than happy to stay far away, and I will continue to be happy.

    On my turns.

  • A Groundbreaking Vision on Health by Dr. Zach Bush MD

Last year, humanity flipped in a collective fear paradigm. We started to react to a real threat with a fight and flight response. In this narrow-minded state, there is no room for creative solutions and the narrative becomes to fight and control.

This is one of my main take-always from a 2020 podcast with Dr. Zach Bush MD. Zach is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and food systems.

I listened to it last night, couldn’t sleep. Slightly worried about the question to stay in Holland or return back to vitamin D sun-state Ibiza.

Zach changed my views on things. Again.

One thing I learned in what he calls this first global meditation, referring to the Covid crisis, is that the world has become too complex to be grasped by one mind. My brain. My limited opinions.

    It’s impossible.

Listening to Zach confirmed that we need to listen to each other, gather collective ideas, stay open, nonbiased, and learn from each other truth’s.

    Make sense, not war.

There is truth in the most opposing view somebody can have. The task I give myself is to stay open to everybody, always, to the best of my capacity.

Here is my takeaway from this 2-hour conversation that covered the state of the planet, topsoil, gut intelligence, what a virus really is, and, surprisingly, that corona will be over in 2022.

Only for a new pandemic to shake us up again, when we refuse to listen to what it actually is telling us.

What a virus actually is, according to Zach

Zach Bush has a really original explanation for what a virus is and what made Covid what it is, from his microbiome background. Please allow me to give my own explanation, I am not going to literally translate what he said. I might miss something here and there, or not be completely accurate. Sorry for that.

A virus, according to Zach, contains biological information on the micro RNA level. We need this information to construct our DNA. A baby, for example, in the first week on planet earth, has no antibodies. It has, however, 10 to the 31st of viruses in vital parts of its baby body, like in the gut. It’s a healing Rambo.

When viruses would kill us, there would be no live on earth. Instead, they make us what we are, they are the building blocks of life

The general perspective Zach offers us with his immense factual knowledge is that viruses, fungi, bacteria, and parasites are the building blocks of life. They contain and transmit information, and form a network between us and nature, they are us.

We have millions of viruses in our bodies.

Humanity went wrong with declaring a war on them, on nature. This started in the early 70ies when fossil fuel companies discovered that byproducts from oil can be sold that kill bacteria.

To make more $, the narrative needed to be that we urgently need to kill bacteria and viruses, before they kill us. This caused the birth of the so-called War on Germs. A war on topsoil all around the earth, using the toxic round-up.

Or what about antibiotics? A word that freely translates into anti-natural. And it is. It disrupts the gut in such a way that two courses of antibiotics in a year increase your chances for depression by 44%.

A virus is not a real threat, it’s a vital part of life. A building block of our intelligence. On a healthy planet, they maintain the balance between all living organisms.

For centuries, Western medicine has waged war against microbes. Ironically, this war is not saving us. It’s killing us. The microbiome, and the remarkable communication pathway of the virome, must be understood as our salvation rather than our enemy. If we shift direction quickly, we can become co-creative partners with nature and prevent our own extinction —zachbushmd.com

Zach’s explanation for the rise of Covid

You probably ask yourself right now; When Covid was not caused by a virus, then by what?

By the way, I love Zach's reasoning that there is really no bad intentions. No elite trans-humanistic evil plan to eradicate 6 billion people. We are experiencing the end phase of a paradigm of war against our very own nature from a lack of understanding of the intelligence of nature.

    This didn’t start yesterday.

There is, however, he agrees, a big pharma industry that enforces this health paradigm that has been taught in medical schools and Universities for centuries now.

And, for sure, is driven by profit.

It sees the human organism as a vessel for disease, not a wonderful creation of balanced health to thrive

The coronavirus is around 740 years old. It evolved, trying to maintain balance on earth by giving us packages of updates on the state of the planet, whenever Covid season arrives. This is normally around March.

Zach’s theory is that China, which is accelerating its race to full-blown consumerism, is equally pushing its food production, also spraying round-up in mind-blowing amounts. This causes toxic air pollution, super high levels of carbon dioxide, and, something we rarely hear about; cyanide.

People inhaling high amounts of cyanide accelerates respiratory diseases, inflammation in the lungs. Red blood cells are not able anymore to take in normal amounts of oxygen. Eventually, the lungs get filled with liquid and people die of hypoxia, a lack of oxygen. Stuffing ventilators in the lungs won’t help the problem. (Again, I hope I translated this part well, it is quite crucial to understand this)

    Nothing can change it, except…

     a mind-blowing $10,- solution.

A package of 2 injections that people that are exposed to cyanide in certain work fields get when they do their job. This medicine starts to solve the red blood cell problem in minutes.

    W.T.F?

That sounds even better than Ivermectin. I guess it has kind of the same components.

To round this up (sorry, wrong choice of words), where-ever high numbers of Covid deaths in the initial months appeared, Zach would argue that these are pockets on earth with super high levels of toxicity, caused by round up and other metrics like highly industrialized concentrations, big cities, etc.

Examples he gives are Northern Italy, New York, and especially New Jersey with its high-density electricity production, Wuhan. And… fill in the blank.

Kind of the complete industrialized world.

The levels of cyanide rapidly decreased during and after global lockdowns. This (not peer-reviewed) study from the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine confirms the relation between air pollution and pneumonia aka Covid deaths.

The health paradigm — a sickness solving idea with vaccines as the ultimate magical treat

We have been sold, even though Brad Pitt in movies like Contagion, that vaccines are those live-saving, ultimate solutions for these nasty viruses.

For Zach, this idea comes from limited science. Ideas we need to upgrade, ASAP.

During the most extreme collapse of human health in history, we have made a startling discovery: human cells are not at the center of human health. Instead, the microbiome, functioning as the life-giving soil within our gut and internal organs, is at the core. The microbiome guides human health — zachbushmd.com

Zach is not pro-or anti-vaccines. He’s about zooming out, examining the root problem of why people get sick. The holistic approach so to speak.

The solution is a huge paradigm shift in medical science. The realization that so much of our health is connected to the gut, and creating a healthy biome in there.

This starts with eating natural food, exercise, and very important; connecting with others, exchanging RNA, to get more resilient and intelligent.

    The way forward

The Key is stopping the fight against viruses, bacteria, nature, us. Let nature run its course by stepping out collectively from this story of separation that is at the core of the myth of our culture.

    Covid became a global meditation.

Historically, nature has proven that it responses with extraordinary resilience and mind-blowing solutions to global threats on extinction level. The ‘solutions’ are on a whole new level, very difficult to imagine from the mindset that got us into trouble.

The 14th-century renaissance came after the medieval back plague that erased 1/3th of the global population.

We seem to need to face global extinction first, moving towards the eye of the needle, to suddenly birth out of the caterpillar in this more beautiful world many hearts already dare to envision.

Dr. Zach Bush MD is one of them.

  • Ideas to solve the Sense-Making crisis/part 1

A good idea solves a problem and makes some people happy. A great idea solves a huge issue and makes half of the planet cheer.

One of today’s biggest issues is our sense-making crisis. Without good sense-making, it’s hard to live a meaningful life.

Solve this, and you’re Gandhi for the next century.

Through reasons I’ll sum up below, it has become increasingly difficult to make sense of our world.

Do you remember the times you believed every word in your newspaper? Stories written by honest journalists reporting in good faith what they had witnessed.

What a beautifully simple world the 60ies, 70ies, 80ies, and to some degree the 90ies have been. Looking back from our present abnormal.

Then the W.W.W marched into our lives.

The internet has become your eye to the world, changing everything for good, and worse. Your reality has changed 180 degrees with the speed of information sparking neurons in your monkey brain up to a gigabyte per second.

I have a small-scale part of the solution for our present-day sense-making crisis. It’s about going back to the concept of unbiased real-world reporters. I’ll bring it to you at the end

First, we need to understand the problem better, to actually see the value of this micro solution that can have a big impact.

We live in a hyper culture

Just realize for a moment that your brain is hooked to a screen for hours a day. For some 7 up to 14 hours a day.

What you see out there in bits-and-bytes land is not real.

It’s real for a part of your brain, but not for your senses. Your sensual tentacles can’t touch it, taste it, hear it, smell it. We call it online, or virtual, or Metaverse.

Big tech is trying hard to give you a sensory experience while wearing your Oculus, wandering around in virtual. They are experimenting with wind blowing past your skin, and more of that nonsense that costs billions. It’s not the real thing.

Most of the information and input coming to us outside of our direct sensory experience are hyper objects these days. Timothy Mortin, the author of a book about hyper objects, defines climate change as a hyper object.

My gist is that more than 50 percent of your conversations with people to make sense of the world consist of hyper objects. I mean, how much do you know about Trump while you never met the dude?

The only reference you have is the internet, and things you learned in school, saw on television, read in newspapers. All the stuff the people that control that information like you to believe.

The first big reason for our sense-making crisis is this new hyper-reality born out of the internet.

Bring your reality back to simplicity, what you directly can sense, and you’ve got one part of a solution.

We live in the age of information warfare and misinformation

Information warfare is a very bad habit of crony capitalism

Information has become a tool for warfare.

We all have different reasons to give meaningful information or polluted or diluted information. Philosophers call this signal or noise.

Maybe it started with our Fred Flinstone stone age grandparents. When somebody found a well, he or she had the possibility to be honest about it and tell others. Or they directed them to a dry place and kept the water for themselves. Or they asked something in exchange, giving them water but keeping the location secret.

Happily for these stone agers, they didn’t do that. There was natural abundance and people in clans don’t think about themselves all of the time. This only started with, roughly, Capitalism. (I’m oversimplifying here to make a point)

Capitalism forced us to take from the commons and sell it back to the commons, to pay for the interest on loans.

To stick with the water example; In the alps, water is free. Humanity can potentially choose to distribute water for free, for everyone. We don’t. We create artificial lack and sell it back to people because our financial system loves to ruin the planet. I bet ya, the information cartels are making as much money as possible from climate change, feeding you disaster images to maximize your time on sight and alarming your fight and flight part of the brain by calling out war against everything.

It’s the nature of the beast. To keep you hooked on screens and sell more ads. Do you see how devastating information warfare actually is for humanity?

Nobody really knows anymore how bad the coral reefs are doing, until you go out swimming above the great barrier reef yourself.

Then came marketing and psychology in the 70ies. We figured out that blue or green labels work better than red ones to sell water. We started to manipulate people’s brains to make them buy often useless stuff.

See, the information you get is not all Madonna singing like a virgin in a white dress.

To round up things. Exponential tech like Facebook using A.I and 5000 data points on each of the 2 billion individuals (users) on this planet have made information war exponentially worse.

It’s bigger than world war II since it can kill way more people globally. Just by steering our minds through information.

    Potentially.

To set up people against each other because information told one biased group that those other clan members on the other side of that virtual fence are walking biohazards.

    The idea

To get you out of your depression after reading this. Here is my idea.

It’s a good habit not to focus too long on what is broken but to create something new with our unbound human creativity. Since we’re meaning-giving monkeys, our brain needs to make sense of the world around us. Else, we won’t survive.

Hyperreality and information warfare has made this close to impossible. For this reason, many have outsourced truth to authorities that should know. In other words, they’ve become slaves to a system that is becoming increasingly totalitarian, abusing the trust once given by the commons.

Let’s take our power and information back, that’s part one of the solution. How to take our information back? How to give only signal, and no more noise?

My idea is called Real World Reporters.

    And it’s blatantly simple.

Go out in the world with your pen and camera, where you can — report what is alive and real, beyond propaganda. Share it decentralized. Don’t frame, Don’t market. Become that unbiased eye to the world again.

Go swim above coral reefs and report. Go talk with farmers around Fukushima, and report. Go talk to Brazilian Indians in the Amazon and report.

Become like the 70ies reporters with high ethical and moral standards, willing to die to give you the truth. About the Sandinistas in Nicaragua. Or what about Nick Ut photographing the Vietnamese Napalm girl? He managed to bring this photo to the world and more importantly, save the life of the girl.

Become unbiased in a decentralized way

The decentralized part is important. Tech is getting ready for it. Useful platforms are emerging.

The making money or getting followers and likes objective needs to be completely removed from this intention.

Become your own media platform. One without an agenda to get as many followers as possible, for example, by blaming other Podcasters for spreading hell knows what.

That’s information warfare too in the name of truth-finding.

Move beyond the borders of information war zones, and report, with an open heart and clear eye. New pure information heroes are more needed than anything else in this world.

This idea goes beyond becoming a blogger with a fancy studio.

It’s about going out there, in the real. Using your senses, and making sense of it all for the people at home craving for truth beyond crony capitalist perverse incentives or Instagram influencer porn.

I am getting ready with my car to drive through parts of Europe in the near future, to give you my unbiased impressions, as pure as possible, coming from conversations with locals, with photos and videos, reports and impressions, beyond Autumn 2021 Covid closed down borders.

It’s my universal and inalienable right. And yours too.

Together we can bend this age of information pollution to a shared truth that is grounded in senses again, not dollars.
