Making time to be a fit parent who exercises for there mental & physical well being will put you in such a better position to handle being a parent & the things we tackle daily being a parent.
I know once I’ve gone & done my gym session or bike ride I’ve gone & done something for myself & got any stressful shit our during that session & it allows me to be such a better Dad & parent.
I’m more patient, understanding & have energy to go & play with my kids because I’m fit, strong & calm from my training.
