During Father’s Day weekend I had the opportunity to sit down with a man I greatly admire and I wanted to connect with him on one of the things he knows about quite well and that is what it means to be a father. As an insightful and extraordinary communicator, this episode is part one of a two-part conversation on Fatherhood It’s warm, transparent, funny, and does not pull any punches on the topic. We talk about the importance of fathering what the role and responsibility have meant in his own life and the influences that shaped his values and priorities as a father.
Paul James is an extraordinary man and human being. He’s the husband to Christine, the father of 3 and the grandfather of 1, so far… and has had impacted so many lives on various platforms. Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Paul James is a missional leader on the global stage, developing leaders' mindsets, beliefs, and values. He is a guest Chaplin for NFL teams and a freelance writer. There is one more key element to Paul James, and that is his role as Lead Pastor of CareView Community Church in Lansdowne, PA.
