  • Know the why…Behind what you do

We’ve made it to the Season 1 finale of Make Your Net Work!

This season has been a deeply personal and healing journey for me. As I reflect on these seven episodes, I’ve realized how important it is to understand the why behind what we believe, how we live, and how we show up in the world.

In this finale, I’m sharing a little more of my story my upbringing, my family, the people who have shaped me and the experiences God has used to help me discover my purpose.

    Because context is key.

We can repeat what we’ve heard, but there is something powerful about understanding the story behind it. Knowing the why helps us move from simply hearing truth to actually living it.

I’m also reflecting on what it really means to “make your net work” not simply building connections but recognizing the people God has intentionally placed in our lives to help shape who we’re becoming.

Your net may not look like mine but I believe God has woven people into every one of our stories for a purpose.

This season has reminded me that I had to live in order to discover my purpose and that God is still writing the story.

Thank you for taking this journey with me through Season 1.

I pray every conversation has planted a seed in your soul.

Now may God do the increase.

  • The Cut off is Real

What if the things God is cutting away from your life aren’t proof that He’s rejecting you but evidence that He’s still cultivating you?

In this episode of Make Your Net Work, we dive into Jesus’ words in John 15 about the vine, the branches, fruit, and pruning.

I share a personal part of my journey with shame and unworthiness, and how those feelings made me question whether I deserved the dreams, opportunities and purpose God placed inside of me.

Through John 15 and Ephesians 2:8-10, we explore the difference between being pruned and being cut off and what it means to remain connected to the One who is still working in us.

Sometimes God has to cut away the very things that are keeping us from becoming who He created us to be.

    The cutting can hurt.

But the Gardener is still good.

  • Walk in the Yes

Welcome to Episode 5 of Make Your Net Work.

Sometimes saying yes to God is only the beginning.

At some point, we have to learn how to walk in the yes.

In this episode, I share a deeply personal part of my journey and how God used an unexpected season, an unexpected job, and one incredible friendship to lead me into a deeper relationship with Him and ultimately into ministry.

What started as a friendship with a woman who quietly lived out her faith became the catalyst for a two-year journey of prayer and fasting that changed the direction of my life.

Through fasting, God taught me about sacrifice, discipline, surrender, and freedom. I began to understand that embracing God’s call isn’t always about knowing exactly where He’s taking you. Sometimes it’s about being willing to take the next step, even when the path looks nothing like what you expected.

I also had to learn that walking in God’s calling may mean leaving behind old ways, relationships, and expectations that no longer align with where He’s leading you.

Looking back, I can see that my friend was using her net. She was simply walking in the truth of who God called her to be and her obedience became part of my story.

This episode is a reminder that your yes matters. Your faithfulness matters. And you never know how your walk with God might become the very thing that helps someone else find theirs.

  • Serve From Acceptance. Accepted by the One Who Matters Most

What would you stop trying to prove if you already knew you were completely loved by God?

In Episode 4 of Make Your Net Work, we explore what it means to serve from a place of acceptance rather than a desire to be accepted.

I share a personal story about learning the difference between loving people well and trying to please everyone. Through that journey, God revealed to me that true service isn’t about earning approval it’s about responding to the love we’ve already received from Him.

Looking at the example of Jesus in John 13, we see a powerful picture of humility, love, and service. Jesus washed the feet of His disciples even Judas, knowing betrayal was coming because His love was rooted in who He was, not in how people responded to Him.

    In this episode, we’ll explore:

    • The difference between serving from acceptance and serving for acceptance

    • How Jesus modeled love with both humility and wisdom

    • Why boundaries and discernment are part of loving people well

    • How we can give freely without losing ourselves

    • What it means to serve because we are loved, not because we are trying to become lovable

    The invitation is simple:

You don’t have to prove your worth through what you give.

You can love, serve, and pour into others from the security of knowing you are already accepted by the One who matters most.

  • Invited In - How The Holy Spirit Keeps You True to Yourself

Welcome to Episode 3 of Make Your Net Work.

It all begins with one simple question: Do you trust yourself?

That quiet nudge… that deep sense of peace… that conviction you can’t quite explain. Is it simply intuition, or could it be the Holy Spirit gently leading you?

In this episode, I share a personal story from my teenage years that completely changed the way I viewed God’s presence. I realized I didn’t have to wait until I stepped onto a stage or picked up a microphone to experience Him—I could invite Him into every ordinary moment of my life.

Together we’ll explore the story of John the Baptist, Elizabeth, and Mary, and discover how the Holy Spirit was at work long before anyone recognized their purpose.

Most importantly, we’ll uncover this beautiful truth:

The Holy Spirit doesn’t make us become someone else. He leads us into becoming who God created us to be.

    In this episode you’ll discover:

    • Why we often separate God into “spiritual moments” instead of everyday life.

    • What it means to invite the Holy Spirit into every area of your life.

    • How John the Baptist’s story points us toward living confidently in our God-given purpose.

    • Why your truest identity is found in walking closely with God.
