Welcome to part 3 of the money mindset series! In this three part series we're talking about women (specifically women of faith) and how our relationship with money shows up in our life and business.

In today's episode, we're tackling the topic of money shame and how to elevate our money blueprint so we can rewire our brains for receiving MORE money.

Shame, as defined by Brene Brown, is when we view ourselves AS A mistake instead of a person who simply makes a mistake. 

In today's episode we'll tackle:

• Feeling shame and guilt for having nice things or buying nice things.
• Why as women we've been conditioned to believe that spending money on self care is vain or selfish.
• Truly loving our purchases and spending consciously. 
• Using money shame as an opportunity for greater healing and awareness.
• Identifying the financial thermostat you've been programmed for and how to reprogram it for wealth.

For many of us we've been taught to hide our emotions or told that they are wrong or evil. That we can't trust ourselves, and not to be led by our feelings. So we throw scripture and religion at things without going through the emotional healing process and then wonder why the same problems keep repeating.
