Episode 6: Bill Woodson, Dean of the Office of Outreach and Inclusive Excellence, sits down with thesis student Steven Keshishian to provide a mid-semester report on the state of affairs at OOIE. Expanding on an April 5th campus email, Bill discusses how the office will sustain momentum despite being short-handed and revisits some of the contributions made to date, as well as priorities going forward. What have we learned about doing more with less?

Episode 5: Who hasn't been offended by something someone said? And who hasn't offended a friend or a colleague, often by accident? How we react in those moments can make a world of difference. In this episode, community members share with host Steven Keshishian their stories of inadvertent offenses given or received, exploring how relationships can be either strengthened or damaged by how we react--or don't react--in those moments. Through these stories, we hope to foster a greater understanding of why life in a multicultural world can be enhanced when we are able to give ourselves--and each other--a little grace.

Episode 4: In this episode New College's Chief Diversity Officer Bill Woodson and 4th year student Steven Keshishian look back at 2020, taking a minute to acknowledge the accomplishments of the Office of Outreach and Inclusive Excellence. They also explore priorities and plans for 2021 and beyond, and address the question, "What are the next steps for the Inclusive Campus Climate initiative?"
