As a geologist, she didn’t find the role as fulfilling as she’d hoped and recognized that her work didn’t align with her personal values. She wanted to transition into a position/company that she could be passionate about and where she could best serve. Recognizing how she could successfully transfer her skills as a geologist, she transitioned into the healthcare tech industry, where she quickly learned that asking questions and being genuinely curious set herself up to being successful in her new career.
