Born 14 weeks early on November 24th, 2011, Dalton was born weighing 830 grams and was 13” long. He was born with a chronic and incurable disease called, “bronchopulmonary dysplasia.” Earlier today, my former Hueytown classmate and founder of Mission 44, Grant Lowe, recognized Dalton, so I reached out to Dalton’s mom, Heather, about joining me on the show.
