It's that time of year when we create a vision board to motivate us. The key to success is to understand why you desire this vision, how it will affect you, and what it actually means to your life. Do not simply place a house on the beach on your vision board and expect it to appear in your life. Think about how that house will change your family and how it will enhance your overall happiness. Let's get your vision on paper without overcomplicating the process. 

Here’s how to turn your VISON BOARD into an ACTION BOARD:

• Images: pictures, magazines, or online images. Why do you want each thing on the board?
• How you plan to accomplish it. Your vision board should have a step-by-step process for accomplishing each item. 
• What or who do you need to accomplish it?
• Find an accountability partner and share your board with them. 
• Put it someplace you see it every day

You must then take action. This vision board can be turned into an action board. As a result, you will achieve your goals and become the person you envision. I suggest writing this action plan on the back of your vision board and then putting it in a place you see every day!
