We have all done it. We have all started something and not finished it. We have all felt super motivated and watched that motivation evaporate (quickly) into thin air. Believe me, I have had this happen to me many times. Tune in to this week's episode to hear more about:
-Three things you should know about your journey before you seriously start going down it
-Two traps to know about and avoid to sustain your efforts
