Access to child care is as important as roads and bridges to our country’s infrastructure- so what’s it going to take to make it happen? And what should be included in a quality child care program? Attention to families’ financial needs; accessibility for kids with disabilities; high quality youth development care and education; full day, year round care; and attentive, consistent relationships with providers for young children.
