In this episode, Pastor Eric preaches about thankfulness. He shares a variety of Biblical stories in which people chose to be thankful and faithful amidst hardship and tragedy. While we do not have to be thankful for all circumstances, we must be thankful in all circumstances. Trouble should not stop gratitude. As you listen, reflect on these questions: What is the foundation of your thankfulness? Do you give thanks in all circumstances?
In this episode, we listen to the prophet Daniel's prayer in Daniel 9. As we learn to pray better in trying times, let us refer to the truths in Scripture for encouragement and direction. Sincere prayers of mercy will be answered by Jesus, and we can find salvation in Him.

In Daniel 3, we learn about how to act in a hostile culture that minimizes and persecutes Christianity. Pastor Eric reminds us to not expect the world to act like Christians. We're to become holy: set apart from the ways of the world. How committed are you to following God's will? Do you place Him above all else, regardless of the cost? We will always be tempted to bow down to other gods. Let us resist and revolt!
In this second episode of the "Revolt" series, we learn that we'll certainly face problems while in our own "Babylons." How do we revolt? When under attack, let us remember to petition and pray for God's mercy. In this episode, Pastor Eric introduces a series in the book of Daniel titled, "Revolt: Which Kingdom Do You Serve?" In the opening chapter, we see that the Israelites lived in Babylon, a place with a corrupt system. In our own lives, evil systems want to capture our hearts, also. Will we bow down, or will we rise up? Do our core convictions align with Scripture? Let the revolution in your heart begin today.
In this episode, we look in Luke 21 at the redemption we have in Christ's death and sacrifice. Pastor Eric reminds us that circumstances may be difficult and trying, but we must remember to raise our heads, lifting our gaze up to Christ. Let us pray, "Come quickly, Lord Jesus."
In this episode, we focus on six images of the church: the body of Christ, the bride of Christ, the building of God, the priesthood of God, the flock of Christ, and the branches of Christ. Throughout Scripture, the church has different roles and responsibilities made possible by our reliance on and allegiance to Jesus Christ. Pastor Eric challenges us to live according to the call of the royal priesthood of God and the mission within and outside of the church.
In this timely sermon, Pastor Eric preaches from the book of Revelation about the sovereignty of God. We are reminded that all government is upon Christ's shoulders—His kingdom is eternal. Our king will never be up for election and is chosen for eternity. Who does your allegiance belong to? Who do you exalt in your heart?
