In the last podcast, I tapped on a blood draw on my baby in the doctor’s office and how I had felt surprised and tricked. This time I talk about making decisions. There is a flow in how we become more confident in our decisions.
I delineate the growth of decision making as moving through these levels:
I do tapping on decisions that we regret which leads us to learning to trust ourselves and also acknowledging the love we hold as mothers. Now I am quite liberal with the words “wrong” and “mistake”. That’s because some of the self-talk I have does use those words. At the same time, I can see and know the beautiful unfolding and know that nothing is ever a true mistake. But for the purposes of tapping, I’m using that language to help poke a hole in that constriction!
