Welcome back, and hear the first song from the Therapy Sessions! Plus, updates about the most important food group TACOS! Also, why you have to find balance in everything. 'Cause being too soft or being too hard is boring, so be both at the same time. What does that even mean?! Listen to find out. Happy Sunday everyone.

WOW! Two years. Now, in a completely different life (not totally) stranded in the Pacific ocean, but why now? Well, for 10 episodes, I will hopefully show the worth of bringing back one of my personally favorite things I've ever done (other than eat great tacos, which is brought up in this episode) but there is a new album coming out, Late Night Love Therapy, which has been a massive project featuring musicians from all over Charlotte NC. If I think about past episodes of of this podcast, off the top of the 'ol dome I can think of 3 of our former guests who were featured, as well as an explination for why the fantastic Jay Connor is not on the show, as well as some explaning of what this album is. Thank you for listening to part 1, and why Late Night Bands are so important (whether you spell them Late Night or Late Nite) as well as why the Charlotte music scene is just.....beyond. fucking. cool.

Stay classy Queen City. I can't wait to see you December 21st at the Evening Muse. Stay tuned to 10 new tunes, including the intro to the one and only....The Late Nite Band.

We're Back! For a great talk with Old House Studios owner Chris Garges. We recorded the show in the live room of the studio to talk to Chris about one of his many projects, "Be Good To Yourself", a new 60+ musician collaborative album released for the charity initiative to provide underinsured music industry professionals access to mental health care and substance abuse counseling services. We also talk about the ins and outs of studio business, microphones, and why John Bonham is the GOAT.

It was amazing to have the conversation we had today with the Uber-talented Trekas Sims. From being a talented singer, dancer, and songwriter, he also was a member of the mid 2000's group "ATL". We talk about his start as a performer in high school, getting signed to a major label by 18, all the way to touring with R. Kelly.
