Growing a business with a definitive plan is hard enough, but what has fascinated me over the past year are those businesses that face either opportunities or challenges they did not expect and execute major changes to their business model.  I’ve turned this interest in business “pivots” into a podcast named Making Pivotal Change, where business leaders and entrepreneurs share stories of what drove these pivots and how they were able to execute them.
