I am passionate about understanding the energy of consciousness. If we are fully conscious we are ‘whole’ and have integrated all our faulty beliefs, unprocessed emotions and traumas and this can be an unpleasant process to reach our true Selves. It is like we have this Golden version of ourselves within but we cannot see it for all the ‘mud’ and ‘filters’ that these energies of traumas etc create. As we allow these patterns and traumas and beliefs to be seen and experienced we discover what lies beneath and within. This then allows our true Self or soul to run the show instead of our traumas and patterns.

This past month I felt I have made a quantum jump to the next higher level and from this new level I am sensing in my heart and getting images in my mind’s eye about where I may be heading and it is not where my mind centred ego self thought. Our mind is at a much lower level of consciousness than the heart. Creating from the ego mind and its patterns is usually fraught with issues of duality. Creating from the heart benefits the whole. The whole collective of humanity. I am receiving snap shots of my future creation. The direction in which I am unfolding.
