Making rights real: Women’s Platform

In this episode of Making Rights real we discuss equality legislation in Northern Ireland and how it affects women; the Good Friday Agreement nearly 30 years on and implications of the recent Dillon decision alongside wider discussion on feminism. Our guest is Dr Aislinn Fanning, Leverhulme Early Career Fellow and Chair of Women's Platform.

We focus in particular on the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, which covers rights from equal pay for equal work to decent living conditions.
