This month we are talking all about the joy of being A-L-O-N-E. Solitude has given me the space to breathe and silence my committees. With silence comes hella reflection; so here are the lessons I’ve learned from solitude and folks in my life who’ve encouraged me to embrace it wholeheartedly when I can. I hope this helps and brings a little bit of joy to you this month.

By this take you can probably already tell that I’m on my 5th draft of this ‘podcast description’. Yikes. I’ve never been a fan of summing up but love, here’s what you need to know; I’m an artist and a woman, a black woman, a black questioning woman. And at any given moment there are 300 thoughts in my head with ideas, songs, poems, food and then a host of other things like imposter syndrome, and anxiety and familial drama and this podcast is about navigating it all with joy. Because I’ve come to know it’s an act of resilience. So join me for a wild ride. It will be a WILD ride.
