Hello Joy!

Short and sweet— this month: we’re talking about all things self-compassion and forgiveness. The question of grace comes up a lot. When was the last time you offered yourself some?

This month we are talking all about the joy of being A-L-O-N-E. Solitude has given me the space to breathe and silence my committees. With silence comes hella reflection; so here are the lessons I’ve learned from solitude and folks in my life who’ve encouraged me to embrace it wholeheartedly when I can. I hope this helps and brings a little bit of joy to you this month.

This week we are talking all about manifestation. What is it exactly and how can we make more room with it in our lives? Turning our dreams into a reality is a PROCESS. I believe manifestation requires a balance of doing (the generative space) and receiving (the restorative space). Personally, I feel like I’ve got most of the “doing” bit down but “receiving” is definitely a space where I have some room to grow. Let’s get into it!

In this weeks episode we’re talking all about making room in our lives with experimentation and silliness. These beauts are fundamental resilience tools because they encourages us to use our imaginations in untraditional ways. When we choose play over perfection we can find ourselves closer to innovation. In the first episode of the season, we are talking all about making room with fortitude. Fortitude is defined as having courage in pain or adversity and in my experience, it’s the foundation for change.
