Making Sense of Adulting

First episode got such great feedback we had to do another but this time we chat mental health in the entertainment space. Nashville is a fast moving city and sometimes it can effect you without even being in the industry. Nurses Natalie and Emily also join in on the conversation to give us their perspective on the nursing side.

We can not stress this enough, YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT! Ask yourself if you're the type to message your friends to check in or do you wait for them to hit you up? Are YOU actually okay or trying to avoid it? Episode 10 we dive into everything mental health and how serious it can really be. This month we really want to focus on those that aren't doing okay and how to help.

First and foremost the making sense of adulting team pays respects to their friend, Alex White, who passed away recently. Alex was not only an amazing dancer, son, solider and supporter, but he was one hell of a friend. Friendships come around so often and as you get older friendships get harder. This week the team discusses friendships in the adulting stage and what's changed.

This episode got a little...uhh... WEIRD! All things that made our parents uncomfortable when we were younger that we can now talk about..And trust me, the team did not hold back ONE bit. Listen in as the team gets to chatting about some pretty cringe stuff their parents had to go through as they were younger.

Its a sad sad day for the making sense of adulting team :( We're losing the man that made all the magic happen BUT for very good reasons. This week on the podcast the making sense of adulting team chat with Anthony about believing in your vision as well as cherish all the amazing work he's done for the team as we say our final goodbyes. The podcast was taken to a new level and he's the man to thank. We wish nothing but the best for Anthony on his new journey, WE LOVE YOU BROTHAA!

Episode 5 we bring you a discussion that seems to be lurking conversations in the dating world, job world and life in general. Rodney, Court and Junnie discuss all things age and how it plays into their current life.
