Today's episode talks about social batter, feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, and all of that jazz. Happy New Year! With a new year comes a lot of feelings of self doubt, laziness, pressure to start resolutions, and make unrealistic goals. In the end, just be yourself. This is my first episode of season 2 and I figured it's time to start a new season for the new year. Remember to take time to care for you, and come to terms with who you are. The question "What do you want to be when you grow up" is asked of kids as soon as they can talk. Usually the answers are wholesome and parents and adults laugh about it. But as you age, they really expect you to know, and if your answer doesn't fit their stereotypical stable job idea, it's immediately shut down. Why do we have to know at our age? Why can't I be a bunch of different things when I grow up? Let's talk about it!

There's a difference between being honest and being a bitch, an asshole if I may. Let's dive and explain, and realize how the more honest we are the more we come to realize what we are worth and how much respect we should have for ourselves and others. Enjoy!
