Listener Submission: "Did you hear about that story out of Monroe where the 13 year old shot and killed a 17 year old girl? He was playing with a handgun, and she demanded that he get out of the car. He said it wasn’t loaded and pulled the trigger, and killed her? I can’t even imagine the pain of that family. I also can’t imagine what would make a kid be that reckless with a gun. How are we supposed to make sense of any of this?"

The North Louisiana community is still reeling after the tragic shooting of Monroe high schooler Alyssa Nietz. We talked to the Mamas, Teri and Denise, on Thursday's "What Would Mama Do?" and got their thoughts on this senseless tragedy that is hitting so close to home for so many.
