Jesus took the opportunity to loose a woman from the bondage of her crooked back, on the Sabbath, in order to humiliate the pretenders who valued their religion more than they valued people. Jesus is still making straight what is crooked. Taking people bent over with the weight of their sin and causing them to stand erect in Him. May He do that even today in our midst, that God would be glorified.
