We are moving from social media pages to metaverse places for our online social lives. How will this migration impact the way we socialize virtually? In this podcast I consider the limits on metaverse gatherings that will ultimately require small and exclusive virtual places. 

The metaverse has the potential to change the social dynamics of virtual spaces. Instead of a page where largely asynchronous communication takes place, the metaverse is reintroduces much of our typical offline social dynamics. Space is limited. Presence must be maintained. Communication is in real time. Some of these elements are available on different social media platforms via live streaming and group chats. In the metaverse, these features become the routine experience. What does this mean for trolls? Celebrities? Experts? All this and more on today's episode!
