In this episode, I sat down with Ryan Erickson, Equipment Manager at Brentwood Country Club. Ryan is an outstanding Equipment Technician and one of the leaders in our industry and I had a great conversation about this side of the business. 

Ryan is valuable in many ways and has experience across a ton of different skills and professions. He has the unique task of working for his brother Brad and also was hired by me when I was superintendent at Brentwood.
