In this episode we sit down with Debi Lane, founder of Lunchbox Wax. Waxing can be scary, especially if you’re in school because they don’t actually “teach” you it. You’re pretty much thrown into a room and told to figure it out. If you’re an esthetician and you even dabble in waxing, you’re bound to have a horror story. Debi has been in the beauty industry for around 25 years. She started out in a day spa as a massage therapist, but soon got hooked on waxing. She noticed that schools were using hard wax and not really teaching people how to actually wax. There was no set technique being used. So, she developed a technique of her own using soft wax, which wasn’t common.
