The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees for 2021 did not include longtime metalheads Iron Maiden in this year's class. But did that really surprise anyone out there? This is a topic that is near and dear to all lovers of metal music. It seems that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has a history of snubbing metal acts. It was also a snub to Rage Against the Machine this year, who were nominated but didn't get the necessary votes. To make things worse, the CEO of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,  Greg Harris, went on to insult metal music in a recent radio interview.
