Apple Watch Series 6 and SE were both just announced, so we highlight the most important things about them. Like, I actually know something about blood oxygen monitoring, and I talk about it. For reals. We also talk about the crazy-town Apple One bundles, too, but you know what? We hit Cobra Kai, Ted Lasso, and take a long look at the VSCO Girl phenomena. I know you're supposed to be humble in this world, and I am 99.9% of the time, but this show rocks. Go us! Go Mallercast!

The mysterious episode #42 of Mallercast has magically appeared! This episode was uploaded at the beginning of September, but there was a serious problem with the audio (the show was 98% silence.) Not good! Plus, we had left for vacation the day after it was uploaded. Also not good! Then, when we returned from vacation, I got a little lazy. Again, not good! But, lazy can be nice some times. Anyhow, we hope you enjoy this one. There will be another in October. Huzzah! Here are the show notes - http://www.sam-mallery.com/2017/09/we-stare-at-the-spacex-spacesuit-for-two-hours-episode-42
In the 41st episode of our podcast we're taking an audacious leap from being a one-hour, talking head tech news podcast, to being a shorter, fully-edited, theme-driven storytelling podcast. In the first episode of the new format, show host Sam gets to live his lifelong dream of visiting a real Google office and eating real Google food. Give it a listen, and please, let us know what you think of our new show style. For more information, please check out the show notes at this link: http://www.sam-mallery.com/2017/07/how-to-eat-free-food-in-a-google-office-episode-41 Thanks! 😀

Check out the full show notes here - http://www.sam-mallery.com/2017/06/how-to-measure-furniture-in-augmented-reality-episode-40 Thanks! 😃
If you have an awesome idea for how millions of iPhone users can utilize augmented reality in an app, this is your golden opportunity to make that idea happen. Last week Apple announced the new ARKit, which enables developers to create rich augmented reality experiences for the iPhone. Shannon already came up with an amazing idea for and app that has talking monuments that can sing happy birthday to you. Do you have an idea that beats Shannon's? Now is the time to build it. We also talk about a bunch of other tech stuff from the week. Join us! Apple had a huge event this week and announced a bazillion new things. We sorted through the news and picked the topics that were the most interesting to us, like the new volume level display on iOS 11, the Apple HomePod, and the iMac Pro. In that order. ;) We also chatted about some Elon Musk news, most notably how he admitted that the way they designed the Model X was a mistake. More info on this stuff is in our show notes at this link - http://www.sam-mallery.com/2017/06/all-of-the-new-apple-stuff-from-wwdc-2017-episode-38 Thanks for listening! 😜
