So we talk about a lot today and here's the breakdown. We wanted to talk about forgiveness and sure we touched on that, but this episode derailed itself and it did in the most beautiful way. We touched on grief, and the grief we've been experiencing in our lives. We also discussed our mental illnesses again, because of what's new, and how we deal with everything from imposter syndrome and the sadness that comes along with mental illness, to the deep balls of anger we both can feel inside.
