Today I'm tackling a mindset issue that I've struggle with personally that I see is still running rampant among my fellow mama's in business.

 

I was so wrapped up in my head about all of the negative things. I had a mile long list of everything that wasn't happening for me. I had, a so many excuses I couldn't see the only thing that stood in my way was (me). To change anything, I had to be willing to change.

 

Diving super deep and getting a little overly passionate about the topic of mindset, limiting beliefs and my deep rooted desire to help you out of the rut I personally dug myself out of. I'm getting on my soap box and going all Mama Bear on you. BUT it's all out the immense love I have for you and not wanting to leave you behind as I carve a path forward, I'm sharing my lows and high.
