Heute im Podcast spreche ich mit der Expertin Heike Göbel, die sich bereits seit sehr vielen Jahren mit dem Thema ADHS beschäftigt.
Heike Goebel ist Mutter von drei inzwischen erwachsenen Kindern, wobei eines als Kind ADHS und Legasthenie hatte und das andere als Kind Legasthenie und Dyskalkulie. Für sie stand damals schon fest: keine Medikamente! Und sie hat Alternativen gefunden, die ihr Leben und das ihrer Kinder maßgeblich veränderte.
Welche Alternativen das sind und was ADHS eigentlich im Grunde wirklich ist, warum die Kinder damit so schwer zu kämpfen haben und wie du als Mutter damit umgehen kannst, das und noch mehr ist Inhalt dieses Interviews.

Torsten Hardiess ist Diplom Psychologe und Trainer für Gewaltfreie Kommunikation. Er vermittelt sein Wissen weltweit bei Vorträgen, Seminaren und im persönlichen Coaching.
Während seines Psychologie-Studiums hat sich Torsten im Schwerpunkt auf die Glücksforschung spezialisiert und hat zu diesem Zeitpunkt so die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation von Marshall Rosenberg kennen gelernt. Das Rosenberg-Modell hat ihm mit sehr wenig Theorie sehr viele Erkenntnisse verschafft, so dass er beschlossen hat sich der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation sein Leben zu widmen.
In diesem Interview tauchen wir gemeinsam mit Torsten in die Welt der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation ein und klären, warum es so wichtig ist sich seiner Gefühle und Bedürfnisse bewusst zu sein.

Kinder träumen nachts sehr lebhaft. Sie verarbeiten in ihren Träumen die Erlebnisse des Tages, ihre Sorgen, Ängste und Wünsche.
So toll und bunt die Träume sein können, so schrecklich sind sie oft auch. Kinder unter 6 Jahren können noch nicht zwischen Träumen und Realität unterscheiden. Alpträume sind daher gerade für kleine Kinder sehr real. Zusätzlich sind sie auch deswegen für sie so schlimm, da sie mit ihren Ängsten noch nicht gut umgehen können.
Wie oft kommt von uns Erwachsenen der Spruch: "Es war nur ein Traum!" Der hilft den Kindern überhaupt nicht weiter. Für die Kinder fühlte sich der Traum real an und sie haben Angst davor erneut einzuschlafen. Und wir Eltern sind dann ratlos und frustriert, da unser Kind einfach nicht mehr einschlafen kann. Am nächsten Morgen wachen dann alle entsprechend übermüdet auf.
Es gibt tatsächlich eine sehr wirkungsvolle Methode mit deren Hilfe du deinem Kind bei Alpträumen helfen könnt und die erfährst du hier im Podcast.
