Gail Dudley is widely recognized for her contributions around advocacy and community-building. A
student of public administration with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in public,
corporate, non-profit and community contexts, Gail has demonstrated a passion for engaging the
growing needs of declining neighborhoods by encouraging creative partnerships and the healthy
stewardship of human, capital and information resources. Gail is an accomplished conference and
workshop speaker. A certified staff development trainer since 1994, she has authored many training
resources to support the development of volunteer groups, capital campaigns, and broad community
network initiatives. She recently designed a successful civic engagement program, Politically SAVVY, that
has launched hundreds of women and girls into the meaningful work of community impact.
