Meet Nicole Miller. She is a 44 year old mother and now grandmother, has 7 children. Through her parenting journey she went through the trials and tribulations of life. Death of a child, nasty divorce , domestic violence and even homelesness. Through all that she managed to teach and guide my children to be confident, critical thinking individuals that are on the path to success through my own failures. While raising them she instilled the most valuable tool, understanding. Through that process they became my teammates in life and because of that style of parenting it saved her sanity.
A maternal pull as old as time - a grandmother wanting to hold her newborn grandchild - brings readers into this unbelievable ordeal. Tina Fumo travels to a small town in Canada and finds herself and her family in the most stressful ordeal of their lives. The 'authorities' have apprehended their 2 week old baby. What Tina and her family go through will absolutely shock you. What you find out in the end will surprise you too, after you've cried and maybe even laughed with Tina's book. And in the middle of it all, an amazing connection happened which proves love does conquer all and families are worth fighting for.
