You guys, I'm sooooo bad about recording new episodes! The transition to 2 kids has been tough! But anyways, trying to find little pockets of time to record. And I apologize if the audio on this sucks, but I recorded it while also doing laundry and all the things. IYKYK
Anyways! I'm here to talk to you about all things healing and returning to fitness post c-section! This has actually been a smoother and faster recovery for me than my vaginal birth with my daughter 3.5 years ago!
Obviously, my incision/scar still needs some mobilization and therapy. But I was able to return to moving and fitness much sooner! I talk about why it's crap that you're told to wait until 6 weeks to do anything, what early rehab after a c-section actually looks like, when you can get back in the gym, and so much more!

At 32 weeks I found out my second baby was in the breech position and I would need to possibly have a c-section if he/she didn't flip to the head down position in time for labor. At first, this news shattered me as I was really hoping for a redemptive birth experience this time as my first was so very traumatic. However, I will say that I might not have gotten what I wanted or desired, but I trusted that God's plan would prevail.
In this episode, I share the story of my c-section birth experience - the unexpected moments, the emotions leading up to the day, and how ultimately surrendering this experience to God gave me the most peace.
Whether your preparing for birth or healing from your own experience, I hope this conversation reminds you that every birth story is valid, powerful and worth sharing.
SeedTime is a community who views money as a tool to change lives, not the source of our status or security. Therefore, since money is a tool, we are at our best and most effective when we learn (what we were never taught in school) how to manage, grow, spend, and give wisely.
In this episode, I interview Linda Lotich of SeedTime. We dive into the concept of the biblical perspective of money and what it truly means to steward money God's way. We talk about shifting from a scarcity mindset to one rooted in trust, prioritizing giving, saving and wise spending, and aligning financial decisions with faith and purpose.
This conversation offers practical encouragement for anyone wanting to manage their finances with intention, discipline and a heart that honors God.

Four years ago we had quite the transformational year: we sold our house, bought land in Wisconsin, sold my gym, got pregnant and became first time parents. And now here we are in 2026. And let me tell you, soooo much has happened that has made us change course. Are we still building a house in Wisconsin? Do I regret selling the gym? What's the plan?! In this episode, I give a bit of a life update and really an incredible testimony on what happens when we follow God's plan for our life instead of our own.

Does early screen time use cause Autism? How much screen time is too much? What actually is high quality programming? Why is early brain development so sensitive to screen exposure?
In this episode I dive into ALL these questions and so much more with my guest, Andreina Rosales. She is currently working towards her pHd and is a researcher of screen time and autism. When her son was born prematurely at 28 weeks, Andreina was motivated to set her son up for success, even if he was behind on certain milestones. This led her into researching screen time and its affects on child development if introduced too early.
If you are a mom with littles, you do not want to miss out on this episode!

Ladywell was born out of frustration, resilience, and a drive to do better. After years of being dismissed by doctors and struggling with hormone imbalances, painful periods, and fertility challenges, founder Ashley Rocha realized something was missing in women’s health. The solutions were either ineffective, outdated, or created by people who didn’t truly understand what women go through.
In this episode, we talk all about her personal experience that ultimately led to her creating her own company Ladywell, a supplement company who supports women during every life cycle from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, to postpartum, to menopause and beyond.
