Dr. Emily is the CEO and founder of Neuro Flex Juice Company and holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction with a severe behavior spectrum certification from the University of Toledo with additional certifications and practice credentials in business and nutrition from Harvard University and Utah State University.
Dr. Emily's expertise in autism and nutrition is recognized globally through her presentations at numerous international conferences, her significant contributions to academic publications, and her leadership in professional development workshops. Dr. Emily and her husband, David, enjoy traveling and raising their family together. They are parents to a spirited four-year-old daughter, Bella, an all-star athlete and college freshman son Aiden, and a spoiled rescue dog, Luna.
